Nice and easy.
Easy ordering. Attractive and well made product. Postage tracking worked well. Product was well packaged and protected in transit. Frequent emails to confirm order progress and seek feedback - just enough, any more emails would be annoying. And I like the booklamp! I didn't realize at the time of ordering that it is battery operated but I do like that there are no trailing wires and that it can be placed anywhere.

Love, Love my purchase of Moderny frames. Simply done, just forward your photos required to them and there you have it. Ideal for those Timber Framed houses and also the Back up is Brilliant. I made a Boob in squaring my frames up and was advised to adapt it correctly. In fact I could do this a few times. Excellent Quality without any Stress.

The two lamps I ordered were exactly as described and the mushroom lamp even better than expected in terms of wood quality and craftsmanship. So far I am very pleased. Also, there was a personalized follow-up to make sure I had received my order.

I ordered two blankets and they came just as beautiful as the pictures. During the shipping, I was notified by USPS they weren't going to deliver. I notified Moderny's customer service right away and they responded immediately and had everything sorted out and my package arrived without skipping a beat!

13 emails and I still didn't didn't receive my order
It took Moderny a long time to fulfill my order (well over a month). When it was shipped, I had just moved into a new home with a new address. They tried to reach me, but I logged 13 emails in which I provided the new address and they could not get my order to me. I kept getting the same message, which made me feel like nobody was really helping me. Once I told them I was calling the Better Business Bureau, the agent began typing me personalized responses. I eventually got the product I ordered but it was super frustrating. When I asked to talk to the representative so that we could actually figure things out, I was told "there is no telephone number". There was also no address to write to. I get that you don't want everybody calling you, but keeping your representatives to email exchanges is not effective.
Suggestion: Change your answer when a customer can't get something fixed after 13 emails. P.S. Angelo was very nice and tried to be helpful -- I don't blame him -- so help him help me next time.

Great products, incredible customer service and delivery tracking
The customer service I received through this business was exemplary. From the kindest gesture of adjusting the price of the product (due to my own fault for not realizing and taking into account converting the currency I was being charged in) to regular updates on my order and its tracking throughout. Not to mention for a delivery from the US to AUS to be so prompt!!
