The team at Shopper Approved have been great with the setup of their review platform on asgonlinestore.com. They have also assisted in encouraging customer engagement in leaving reviews.
They don't just sell the platform, they make sure it works, which isn't always the case with others.

Excellent customer service & extremely responsive!

Really loved the platform the past couple years that they provided our company (KT Performance). Now they have decided to tell us that put over our integration (Q&A with Answerbase) was never included and will have additional cost. However they have not been able to supply any communication that discussed this was only a trial for that part of our integration. All the communications I have from the setup seem to point to it all being included for our account.

But it seems that maybe they are just like so many other software companies out there that always trying to get one over on their customers.

We recently switched to Shopper Approved, and it has been a fantastic experience! The transition from our previous company was smooth, and the support from Matt and Kelton was incredibly helpful and friendly. The system is user-friendly and well-structured, and we've already noticed an improvement in our rating. I'm excited to continue working with them and appreciate their great support! Highly recommend!

Working with ShopperApproved has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The platform is easy to use, provides great insights, and is very affordable compared to other review services and making it a fantastic value for any business.

What really stood out, though, was the support I received from Colton. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Colton took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions thoroughly, and guided me through the process step by step. His expertise and responsiveness gave me complete confidence that we were in good hands.

Fixed my technical issue - followed up until done

I received an email "hope you're enjoying your new product".... with a link to shopper approved review site. I messaged them saying it's late and not been despatch yet..... The link no longer works.

If they are able to selectively cancel links, and especially if you do, the sites using shopper approved have no credibility. Shopper approved have no credibility.

Pay them if you wish, but I'll never trust a word as they are selective reviews.

In response to the reply from shopper approved.

I apologize if I gave the impression shopper approved stopped had deactivated the link I was sent, I don't think this was the case. However, they must allow it.

The issue is that the company that asked me to review them broke/deactivated the link once they realized they had asked me to review the use of an item they had delayed sending and was late, therefore, maybe a review they wouldn't want. I've asked for a new link, if I don't get it I'll review them on here anyway.
