No help for missing item.
When i received my order it was missing an item and there is nothing that Shop To have done to provide the missing item, even Ubisoft themselves have been useless. I received a faulty item and nothing is being done about it. This just proves that no retailer is there to help us. I have contacted Shop To via email on this matter and they explain that nothing can be done and don't work to help me resolve the issue beyond telling me they can't do anything. Their reply to my review is completely false.

Terrible aftersales
I recently bought a digital download code from them for £30 which didn't work. I tried it on a few different consoles with no joy. Shop to net said there was a fault but refused to reimburse me. Disgusting. I'm a pensioner and it's a bit of money for me.

At no time did we say that the code is faulty, as we do not offer/provide faulty codes, all codes provided are officially sourced codes, supplied by Sony
It appears (from reviewing your initial message, via our website livechat channel two months ago) that you ordered/received a code for redemption to a Playstation console & based on your messages/questions, the replies you received were provided by our ai/autoreply system, I cannot initially see that at any time, you spoke to a member of our team
Based on your suggestion that the code did not work (which would be incorrect, as all codes we provide, will redeem, as intended, on the appropriate console & within the region/country that they are intended to be used within) it suggests that you have perhaps purchased a code for a location/region/country other than the UK or other than the country in which your Playstation account is set up within
(This is an educated guess on our part based solely on you saying that the code did not/does not work, which would not be the case. it would merely be how/where/on what country PS account you are attempting to redeem the code, there would possibly be a mismatch between your PS accounts country & the code you ordered/we provided) Your order email and your Shopto account will confirm what specific item you have ordered & in which currency & location the code is warranted to be redeemed within
