Some issues with the Swedish phone system. But when using the Danish phone number everything worked. Also a bit confusing information on the homepage, both Thursday and Friday stated as weekly shipping day. Friday being the current shipping day. Service minded customer service, able to make quick solutions for issues. So with better communication it would be 5 stars.

First and foremost, there are a number of issues with the website that made ordering difficult. The translations seem rough, and in some places, it wasn't even translated. I read the website in Swedish, and some sections were still in Danish, or even Norwegian. I mean, come on guys - if you're gonna have a website, at least proofread it, right?
Once I got to the order registration process, I had difficulty going through with it and the site was rather unclear as to what exactly was going wrong. I decided to contact their support, and considering I simply wanted to get this done and over with, I wanted to call as opposed to email. Quicker that way, right? Wrong. ShopUSA has, quite frankly, *ridiculous* open hours for their phone support. From 9AM CEST to 1PM CEST, a time span of four hours right in the middle of the day. If I'm not at work dealing with customers at those hours, then I am ASLEEP my guy. One time I tried calling at around 12:15 and was greeted by the automatic machine telling me I was in a queue and my call would be taken in turn. The machine completely neglected to tell me *where* in the queue I was or how long I would have to wait. The guy behind the phone could've clocked out at 10AM and left it to ring for all I know. I sat in that queue for 45 minutes and hung up around one figuring I'd never get my turn. Maybe, if I had stuck around, I would have gotten it, but nowhere was it indicated to me that that was the case. I tried this again with similar results a few days later. I resorted to emailing the customer support. The responses were slow, and unhelpful. "Charlotte" seemed only capable of answering one of any number of questions I would ask in an email at a time, and forget about the rest. Eventually I did manage to get on the phone with their support. The Danish voice on the other side told me he was the one who replied to my emails. Thanks, Charlotte. I get that it's standard practice to anonymize customer support workers but at least choose a name of the same gender.
The prices displayed for the different shipping methods didn't seem trustworthy. It displayed less than half the price to send my three packages together by express than by air. Unfortunately, as it turned out, I couldn't send my packages by express. (I eventually coughed up the cash to send them by air) This was not adequately explained to me, I feel. I do recall a warning coming up explaining that "pallar och paket inte får skickas tillsammans via air & express" - but I had no idea what that meant for me. Nowhere was it indicated to me which of my packages was a pall and which was a paket. I didn't know any of them would be coming on a pall. More detailed descriptions, wherever possible, would be appreciated.
This problem of pallar & paket cropped up elsewhere, too. ShopUSA's subscription service was advertised to me BROADLY any time I visited the website, stating that I could get a multi-packet discount, and access to the sampackning feature. I subscribed specifically for sampackning as my packages were quite large, and I figured if they could all be put together, I could save a lot of money. Apparently (and nowhere was this explained to me) my items could not be sampackad.
The difference between Pre-Pay and Collect was also very unclear. I remember asking "Charlotte" in an email what the difference was between pre-pay and collect, after which I was asked if I had checked the more info button. Of course I did, and it didn't make it any clearer. It basically repeated the names to me. Pre-Pay means you pay beforehand, Collect means you pay when it gets here. What exactly am I paying for??? How much more will I pay when it gets here??? I'd like to know exactly what I am paying for and how much

I had to check up on the original package for them to find it and add it to my packages. Not that speedy.. Also the delivery time is either really wrong or doesn't account for delivery time with local/national courier. Selected plane as transport and said 4-5 days and it seems that, that only account fro transport between USA and Sweden bc.it's been a week more only now seems to be under way with Bring. Lastly I'm fine with paying for shipping and import taxes but your prices isn't worth it. I expected to save at least on the shipping part but it would have been easier and faster to just go with the ebay item with international shipping than selecting one with only us shipping and then using you for the rest of the way.. Bought a product for 35 dollars ended up spending 60 dollars on your shipping and fees. That gives a total of 95 dollars which is around 10 dollars more expensive than an similar item with international shipping.
EDIT: UPSP reports package delivered on the 24/01. You write slightly misleadingly: Ja, vi kommer att informera dig via e-mail, så snart paketen är mottagna på terminalen ( din ShopUSA-adress). I received no notification that you have recieved package until I sent email to inquiring about if you have recieved it. On the 28th.
Suggestion: maybe get a shipping calculator available(without having to log on) on your website so you can get an approximate shipping cost for your package, before you actually decide to make use of your service.

So far, I have used them only twice, but both times the process was simple and delivery was quick.
Lost three packages, impossible to deal with, the fastest thing they ever did was cancel my account, very rude, wanting all the time to make excuses for non performance. Lost a part that I looked for for 23 years I paid way too much, no parts, no performance and no service. BEWARE!!!!

if you buy high quantities they will open your packages and separate them, making you pay for more packages.
This is a scam company, i had to pay 140usd for 3 snapbacks that cost me 14usd each.
they separate the 3 snapbacks , put them in separate boxes and print fake "delivery" tracking system from USPS wich is illegally to do!.
They also remove your comentaries or try if you come up whit the truth.
i heard rumors, my dad had this happened once we did not think t his was a scam, but it was clearly noticeable when they send you a BAD QUALITY PIC of your packages, i still could see that there were 3 snapbacks on the first box all on top off eeachoter easy to see the cap collor differences to see 3 snapbacks on the VGA camera they use in the 2017.
