Day of the Dead and Sleepwalkers are really scary…
The Blu-ray case and disc for the movies Day of the Dead and sleepwalkers were in great condition, didn't have any scratches, and no broken plastic, The packaging they were shipped in had no problems. The movies Day of the Dead and Sleepwalkers are really scary.

Do better
I ordered some items 2 weeks ago and my package still hasn't shipped. I emailed them about it and they said 5 to 15 business days. Still nothing has shipped. I really wanted to get away from Amazon and order directly from them from now on, but this experience has convinced me to never shop from them again. If Shout has the audacity to wonder why ppl go to Amazon, it's stuff like this. Give better customer service and experience and ppl will be willing to shop from your website.

Great overall experience
Great overall experience! The price, and quality are top notch. I bought the films, Halloween 1-3, Killer Klowns From Outer Space, and The Blob. All were on 4k uhd blu-ray. So far all of them have been fantastic transfers with great audio,too. The shipping was a bit slow, but the fact that they arrived in great shape and it was free, so there is no reason to complain. I missed the 2024 Shocktober Sale and waited a whole year just to buy. I will definitely be buying more from them, Highly recommend to physical media enthusiasts.
