Very friendly sales girl, helped me to sort out what I wanted, paid for item, had a call from delivery driver to check date and time, deliverd when stated. We have not yet installed the shower but I am sure it will be ok.

I wanted a shower hose around 1 metre long,easy to find you would have thought. Completely the opposite,most shower hoses are at least 1.5 metres long from most outlets. The shower shop came to my rescue with exactly what i wanted. Well done the shower shop!

the cubed chrome shower head and rail was more plastic than the chrome i was expecting, it came without any instructions, and as it is not too difficult once you have worked it out but it would have made the job a bit quicker with some simple instructions, overal the product does the job but i wouldnt purchase another.

The hose has fitted perfectly and so far so good. Glad so I have bought it as it looks like it will last for long... Shame, so they didn't have longer ones though as it would suit me better.
