From the moment I 'phoned showershop to enquire about purchasing a replacement shower I was impressed. The contact on the 'phone was well informed and helpful.
The shower was delivered the next day and even though I was out it was deliverd to my neighbour.

I was unaware the shower had been delivered and when I enquired why I had not received the shower they were extremely helpful.

The hose I purchased was the cheapest I could see. It's in service and works very well. no problems Does what it says on the box! Delivery was much quicker than shown on the listing

Needed a new shower. Shop prices ridiculously high. Hunted online found Showershopuk on Ebay. Best price we could find. Company has deservedly good reviews. Delivery was fast. Item arrived in good condition. Installed and using it. Brilliant shower. No problems. Would recommend both the company and the shower.

The first telescopic shower curtain pole I ordered arrived in good time and swell packaged. However, it was stuck in the wider pole and when I trurned it it seemed to 'snap' - not what I would expect as I exerted minimal pressure. Followed the leaflet instructions to the letter but there was no telescopic spring back action so item was useless. As no telephone contact I had the frustration of emailing the company - who rang me back when I was unavailable. A short time later they rang me back however - before I had a chance to do so. The lady on the telephone was pleasant and helpful and quickly arranged the courier collection of the defective item and sent out a new one - which arrived the next day and I was impressed. Several days later I opened the package and the whole scenario has started for a second time! The inner rod does not move out of the wider one - this time I am not going to touch it. As no telephone number for help - (I stupidly did not keep a record of the telephone number they called me on - incidentally - I had had to get that via 1471 because the lady in the office asked me on her message to call them.. but left no telephone number!) I now have to email the company AGAIN and as I am going out this will possibly hang over into next week (today is a Friday.) I am not at all satisfied with the rig marole one has to go through to contact this company - and the impossibility of doing so over the telephone. It may be more convenient for the company - but certainly isn't for a very frustrated customer. Sadly I cannot recommend buying a telescopic shower curtain pole from this company.

Ordered some items from stock at a good price with Special Delivery and they arrived before 9am the next morning! One quick 'phone placed the order then I was kept informed with confirmation, payment and despatch emails through the day. Even got a 10% discount code for next order. On this basis I would recommend highly!

I got my original order very quickly although one part had to be exchanged as it did not fit where it should. But, subsequently wrong parts were delivered for my shower door, ie the top rollers. I have phoned on numerous occasions and emailed. I eventually had a telephone response with a message promising to replace asap but nearly 3 weeks down the line this has not happened. The doors are in place but they are dangerous and cannot be used by the 90 year old man and his 87 year old wife. Where do I go from here?

The shower mixer valve I purchased,was as described. More instructions would be nice if a less practical person was to fit the valve. Communication very good,delivery time excellent as it arrived several days before expected, and not in a beaten up box.

My old shower head broke and I needed a replacement quickly. I came across this showershop online and was genuinely delighted to find a shower head that was virtually identical to the original head but by a different company, and guess what - it was less than £10 including postage. Pretty amazing given that the company who manufacture my shower wanted £34 & money for postage. I am not one to wax lyrical about companies normally but the service was very fast and the packaging so heavyweight that the post office would have had to work hard to break the packet or the goods! the shower head slotted on and actually gives a better flow than the old one. One happy customer!
