APPALLING!
I ordered plates on 18th Feb - Invoice ID:772393D Receipt No: 0207-4317-8304-0775. These have still not been received despite multiple emails which are just ignored. There are no phone numbers on the site to contact them and complain. Quick to take your money but not so quick to deal with issues!

Terrible!!!
Dreadful customer service, I placed an order for next day delivery and it didn't arrive till the middle of following week after several unanswered emails and Facebook message! I know having looked at their Facebook page I wasn't the only one having this issue as several people had complained that they placed orders and they never received them and now contact was made with the customer! I really shouldn't have ordered from them as they have no phone number or contact address just an email and Facebook page they don't respond to.
