Sizing too small
Sizes were way off, my daughter was so looking forward to having her shirt for the Royal but when it arrived it could nearly fit a doll. Very disappointed after a long wait for it.
On a positive note : it is a beautiful shirt

Im super sad to read this review as you are absolutely right, the Navy Show shirts (from our Initial batch) had an issue with sizing and in turn i had to amend the size charts and advise as many customers as we could to try and remediate the issue.
What i would love to do for you is fix this issue so your daughter can still shine in SHOWPONYPREP. We have a new batch of Champagne show shirts available in stock. I will email you now with a discount code so you can get 50% off your order and that way you can still sell the small one you have and get another one without making a loss. Hi Mary, you are absolutely right, our first batch of shirts were small in size however we have now corrected this and all shirts are now superb sizing.
Over the next few months we will be making new designs and also new colours for our customers to love and enjoy in 2024. We have also made tonnes of improvements to the original shirt to make sure our customers feedback is fully incorporated.

Your girth order came in on the 28th July which was whilst we were trading at the royal international and we were out of stock in the size you ordered so it was a pre order. The new girth stock arrived on Friday last week and was dispatched on Saturday. It should be with you in the next few days.
Apologies re the limited communication but it’s been a tough week with being flooded and losing a lot of stock - we usually pride ourselves in the customer service but the last two weeks has been extremely tough with it being just me and my hubby running the business whilst on the road at events around the country.

We have replied on both occasions to you. Your order was made whilst we were on the road with the trade stand at the Royal International Horse Show and then straight onto Equifest. Whilst on the road we do experience delays in dispatching goods and we can never promise speedy service as we are managing the trade stand between opening hours and then trying to pack and post twice a week when not working. I have just checked again and your shoes purchased have all been dispatched and will be arriving with you in the next few days. If you haven't received them by the end of the week then just call me on 07710550438 and i will of course investigate further.

We had tried to make it very clear we were on holiday ( we only have one week away as a family per year) and we placed information about the annual leave all over social media and across every page of the website in red flashing writing it also said the dates we were closed and the date in which orders will be dispatched.
You then progressed to complain as the first set of number clips didn't arrive so i sent another two sets out and still we recvd another complaint as you wanted a free pair also. Your order ended up leaving us out of pocket as we tried our best to please you and rectify the issue resulting in 4 sets of clips being dispatched (worth £20 when you spent £10 plus two lots of postage)
