Even my heart was so full, seeing how the staff took their time with me and explained everything in detail. Things I thought I wouldn’t be able to do, they patiently advised me on and encouraged me throughout the process. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had, especially after waiting such a long time for this opportunity. They genuinely gave me their time, and not only did they meet the timeframe they promised, they completed everything ahead of schedule. It was simply amazing.

Friendly, very knowledgeable staff who put me at ease through the whole experience.
Good after care with contact everyday to check in and see how things were going.

The surgery was very smooth and the doctors were very nice and provided brilliant service. The after service is brilliant as i have been looked after quite well and what ever i needed help with i was always helped by the doctors

I undertook a course of six chemical peels, spaced every two weeks, after being advised during consultation and promised that this treatment would get my skin clear.
Unfortunately, my skin has significantly worsened following the course. Before treatment my acne was mild and stable; after completing all six sessions I have been left with widespread inflammation and persistent breakouts, which has been distressing and is not what was represented to me at consultation. It is now about 10 weeks since my last chemical peel and my skin is still has breakouts all over my face, they also damaged my skin barrier.
I contacted the clinic directly with before-and-after photos to request a refund and appropriate resolution, but have not taken any accountability.

I am writing this review to help protect anyone else who may look into this clinic for help.

I had laser treatment at the Loughton, Essex branch with Simran. Simran is always excellent and proficient. She is patient and is kind. An exceptional therapist.

I had my cyst surgery at Shumaila’s London Clinic in Colchester, and I’m extremely pleased with my experience. Dr Hameed is an exceptionally gentle, expert, and wise cosmetic surgeon, he was highly professional and reassuring throughout, making me feel completely at ease.
A special thank you to Nazia (head of treatment) from the Upminster branch, who arranged my initial assessment and whose calm attitude, genuine reassurance, and the way she took time to explain everything really put me at ease and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the procedure.
On the day of surgery, I was made to feel very comfortable, and everything went smoothly. Dr Ayesha, who assisted Dr Hameed, was constantly calming and reassuring, which made a huge difference. The staff were all lovely, caring, and professional, and the nurse removed my sutures completely painlessly during my follow-up visit. A big thank you as well to Abdul, the Colchester branch manager, who was extremely kind and supportive.
