Excellent product, although waiting time is quite long.
If you are measuring inside a recess be careful as I measured slightly under but they take off a few millimeters which I didn't see when getting a quote.
The beading around the front is the only thing, it was 4 bits of double sided tape which could be better thought out, even if it were at the corners.
Otherwise very good and would use them again.

Shutters arrived damaged which was unfortunate. Delivery took 13 weeks and when I asked for an update on delivery dates I was told this wasn't possible which wasn't very helpful.

However the shutters are well made and fitted perfectly. Worth the money.

The final product is wonderful. The shutters are skillfully made and add a real lift to the front of the house. I would definitely buy again.

The only issues I have found are with the lack of instructions for fitting outside of the recess (a lot of help if you are fitting inside). You could definitely do with updating your video to include all types of fitting. However once you have figured out what you are doing its very easy.

The real downside to this was the delivery service from Tuffnells. It was very poor. No idea of when the shutters would be delivered until I received a phone call from the driver asking why I wasn't home. Noted you are sent tracking info but this was lacking in helpful information.
Despite giving the driver instruction to deliver to the back of my house, he left the large, heavy and expensive parcels in the shared access.

The blinds were of the highest quality! Would recommend to anyone. Also very well priced . Thank you .

Happy with the product, fits well, looks very nice. Easy to fit comes with all the fixings. Well packaged. The only moan is how it takes 10-12weeks to make and deliver.

The shutters themselves were amazing and easy to install. However I was given next to no notice for delivery I called and asked if they could change it they said no and I if I did want to change it they would charge me for delivery. So I travelled 40 miles home from work to find they had been dumped by my backdoor.
