Easy pick ups and drop offs right at the hotel. Smaller return shuttle bus on rerun journey and back seats are a little to cramped an uncomfortable and I am not a larger person.

Waited 3 hours at the airport before being picked up

There was no shuttle bus when we arrived at the airport, we waited barely 3 hours to be picked up and driven to our hotel.
There was almost no information.
The information we were given did not match

I had to wait 45 Minutes for the bus

I had to wait 45 Minutes for the bus, which would have been ok if somebody had told me or it had stood somewhere. Waiting for a bus not knowing when it will come is stupid.

The ride was fine.

I would have wanted to book the way back with Shuttle Direct as well, but unfortunately it has to be booked 2-3 days in advance, which I missed.

Poor service

On arrival at TFS we were sat on the coach for 20 minutes when we were told by the driver that we'd have to wait at least another 40 mins as he was waiting for another plane to land. We unloaded our baggage and got a taxi.

We understand how disappointing it is to have to wait after a flight, especially when you’re ready to continue your journey. However, we would like to clarify that you had booked a shared shuttle transfer. For this type of service, passengers may be required to wait for other arriving guests before the transfer departs.
The maximum waiting time is up to 60 minutes, and this is calculated from the moment you present yourself to the service provider at the airport meeting point (after baggage reclaim and customs), not from the flight landing time. This is because the shuttle operates on a shared basis and coordinates multiple arrivals.
In your case at TFS, the driver informed you of the remaining waiting time while arranging for other passengers from another incoming flight, which unfortunately resulted in a longer wait than expected at that moment. We understand you chose to take a taxi instead, and we regret that the experience did not meet your expectations.
We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve communication around shared transfer services.

Avoid this bus company if you’re…

Avoid this bus company if you’re relying on them for an airport transfer.

Our group of five had a confirmed pickup booked, but the bus never showed up. We were left stranded at the airport trying to figure out alternative transport after a long journey. To make matters worse, when we contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility and would not issue a refund.

They even asked us to prove that we had called them at the time, which is completely unreasonable given that they failed to provide the service we paid for in the first place.

Overall, extremely poor service, no accountability, and very frustrating to deal with. Definitely not a company I would trust or recommend.

Good enough

Only issue is that I had a bit of difficulty in finding the person receiving the people in the airport. I personally wouldn't use it to the airport (only purchased from), but from it I totally recommend it.
