Excellent transfer
Booking online was easy. Pick up at the airport coming into Menorca was very smooth, driver was waiting.Driver very good and although he didn’t speak English and we don’t speak Spanish we managed to communicate just fine. I hope the return journey is just as smooth

This company is absolutely fantastic ! Answered a million questions before we flew out and waited for us when we were late , the driver was friendly the receptionist was a lovely woman ! The pickup on last day was on time and a great friendly driver , I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone who wants a transfer from Mahon to their accommodation, there was 11 of us and the transport was big and had air con and some decent tunes ha . Thankyou so much for such a great stay to our holiday and stress free pick up . Booking was simple and by far the cheapest !

Brilliant it was raining on arrival but bus was straight out the door. I booked last minute and had to rearrange our collection. This was no issue at all. Drivers were lovely on both trips. Would recommend and use again . Thanks

I recently used Shuttle Spain for an airport transfer from Fuerteventura airport and it was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this company at all — there are much better shuttle and transfer services available in Spain that are far more professional and reliable.
The biggest issue was the endless waiting. They made us wait for hours at the airport until multiple flights had landed so they could pack in as many passengers as possible. There was no specified departure time. We were left standing around with our luggage, tired after a long flight, while they kept delaying to maximize their profits.
On top of that, the driver was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Zero customer care or professionalism.
Save yourself the stress and frustration — look for a different company that offers fixed departure times and actually values its passengers. Shuttle Spain is not worth it.

We would like to clarify that the service booked was a shared shuttle transfer. This type of service operates with several passengers travelling on the same bus, often arriving on different flights but going to similar destinations. For this reason, departure times are coordinated according to the arrival of the assigned flights, and if one or more flights are delayed, the vehicle may need to wait for the passengers included in the same transfer.
We understand that waiting after a flight can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologise if the waiting time felt too long or if the service was not what you expected. Normally, waiting times are kept as reasonable as possible, but delays can occasionally affect the operation of a shared shuttle service.
Regarding your comments about the driver, we are sorry to read this and will review the situation internally, as professionalism and respectful treatment are very important to us.
For customers who prefer a direct service with no waiting for other passengers, we always recommend booking a private transfer. This is a more comfortable option, especially after a long flight, as the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and goes directly to your destination.

Outstanding service from Leonora. She arrived bang on time to collect us from the airport. She had a perfect car seat for our 2 year-old. The car was comfortable and air conditioned. She then collected us from our hotel a week later. Same outstanding service. Charming woman. Sensible driver. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service…
Our driver was waiting for us at the desk and took us straight to our taxi. He was polite and checked with us regarding the temperature in the car.
Return journey to the airport equally pleasant and without any issues. Our driver took an alternative route to avoid a road accident and so avoided any delay in our journey.

Brilliant service. They waited ages for us at the airport while we went through all the extra security checks. The driver was really nice and helped us find our missing buggy. I needed to message the company a few times and they always responded immediately. Highly recommend them.
