Pick up was slick and easy
Pick up was slick and easy, journey was comfortable and we had to change the drop off location slightly which was no problem for the driver. Plane was an hour delayed but driver was exactly where he said he would be. Great service.

Everything was great! Minibuses were very clean and smart. Drivers were polite and friendly. A first class service all round.

Our flight was delayed but the driver had a big smile & was very smart & polite, the car was spotless & felt brand-new. I think it would have been great to have some bottles of water waiting for us but no major problem.

Very pleased with the experience
Hired a transfer from Mahon Airport to Son Xoriguer. We were held up collecting our luggage but the driver was happy to wait and was very pleasant on the journey. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. Likewise on the return journey and again a very pleasant driver. Would definitely use again.

Great service
Great service. Used twice so far from Fuerteventura Airport to Morro Jable. The driver of the private 16-person bus we hired was waiting for us at arrivals, and the return journey was also perfectly on time. The booking system was very easy to use, and communication with customer service was super efficient. Highly recommended.

We would like to clarify that a shared shuttle bus service works by grouping together passengers from different flights arriving within a similar time frame in the same vehicle. For this reason, the service must operate according to the needs of all passengers assigned to that transfer.
If one of the flights included in the same shuttle service is delayed, it may be necessary to wait so that all passengers assigned to that bus can be collected. These are standard characteristics of a shared transfer service and are clearly indicated at the time of booking.
For passengers who prefer a more direct, faster, and exclusive journey, we always recommend choosing a private transfer.
Poor service
Plane arrived on time and booked in at desk 15 min later only to be told driver not at airport he would be 15 mins
40 mins later he arrived no hello sorry just grumpy
What happened to tracking flight and being there to meet that's what we pay extra for so we don't have to stand in taxi queue
Think this driver had been home for his tea

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Even rang us as we was delayed in massive queues to register at passport control with the new fingerprint system. Our transfer was for 11am and the driver waited over 1 n half hours for us after we explained the situation. Would definitely recommend them.
