Uncomfortable and (more importantly) very strong chemical odor. Didn't even use it once.

I really enjoy my pillow. No more headaches or sore neck when I wake up.T he friend I bought the extra one for really enjoys hers too Would recommend it to everyone.

I am much more comfortable now, less tossing and turning, and I don't wake up with my neck hurting!

I wanted to order the SAME pillow I have bought several times and love. This purchase .... the website was hard to navigate. As the previous pillow was not offered, I went ahead and ordered what was offered. I figured I would give it a try. The previous pillow kept the "candy cane" shape well; this one does not....it shifts all over the place. PLEASE tell me that some of the earlier stuffed pillows are available.

So comfortable. I've always hated buying pillows. This is wonderful. Even got more for family.

Has not improved the sleeping experience for me or my wife. It is a waste of money.

They stink. They have a very strong chemical smell, They have been "airing out for over a month and I'm not happy!!

Took awhile to get I wish I had bought more. Life long side sleeper customer now.

This pillow is soft and thin; it needs at least 50% more filling to give adequate support for side sleeping--maybe twice as much. The beads are a soft filling, and quiet; but they have a chemical stink--think cheap plastic or synthetic rubber. I shook the beads into the top part of the pillow and put a rubber band around the bottom to make the upper part thicker and more supportive--but that left it too short. After a night of sleeping on the pillow I felt sick most of the next day, presumably from breathing the chemical fumes. The beads are polystyrene, which is flammable and burns with production of terrible black smoke (I have seen polystyrene fires). There is evidently no fire retardant, just very strong warnings on the insert. I emptied the pillow (be very careful if you do it--directly into a large garbage bag) and am going to try refilling it with duck feathers and down--I'm not sure how well that will work, because the fabric of the pillow is stretchy--the cover less so.

the pillow is much too soft and the ear hollow is not large enough, my ears are not big!!!! I like my pillow firm.

When I opened the package my first thought was what a strange looking pillow. How could this pillow make a difference? Well it does. It is so comfortable and forms to your body. I am a side sleeper and the way the pillow is shaped allows my arms.s to go around the pillow and I sleep so much better.

l am disappointed in the Pro Air pillow. It is too soft and flat and it does not hold its shape. I prefer the original Side Sleeper Pro and hope when I need to replace it I will still be able to get it. I am not using the Pro Air that I ordered.

I ordered it because I thought it was a brilliant idea but after using it for a week, it started losing its form. The stuffing started coming off. I found a lot iof styrofoam like beads on my bed so I stopped using it.
Also, when I was still using it, I found it quite cumbersome to turn to the other side

Since receiving these pillows, my husband and I are sleeping so much better. We both have very bad backs. Highly recommend these pillows.

The pillow was too hard and gave both my husband and I headaches.

The pillows arrived smelling like chemicals. Have not even been able to use them. A complete waste of money.

Even with the pillow cases on them, they had a oder that was unpleasant and after a few minutes felt clammy.

1. Lumpy after few nights
2. Can't see or feel what the people in TV are talking about
3. Because of 1 and 2, the price is not really worth it even with all the come-on discount.

Neck not as stiff as it used to be when I wake up. Only problem I have is getting the pillowcase on. The zipper should be longer and more proportionate!
