I really like the pillow, you can move around and find a comfortable position with it right away. I have had it for a month, and it is flatening out, so have to fluff alot now. I do not like pillowcase at all, they need a normal cotton pillowcase for this pillow.

I do not believe that one size of anything fits all; however, since I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows and have given most away I am extremely pleased with the Side Sleeper Pro Air product. I do not have curvature in my neck and cannot sleep on my left side. I found myself having a great night's sleep for the first time in years. The example of how to use the product was great and I did not find myself distorting my shoulder to compensate toward correct position. It was worth every dime.

I have been a customer of the Side Sleeper pillows for several years. These are the only pillows my grandson and I will sleep on. This Pro Air pillow is a disgrace compared to the regular pillow. It is TERRIBLE!!! I am returning them. There is not enough stuffing in the pillow to even hold your head up, as soon as you lay on it, all the beads part and your head goes flat. It has a TERRIBLE smell to it that gave us a terrible headache. To make matters worse, I placed my order in August and did not get my pillow until December and needless to say I was highly upset when I got this junk instead of the pillow I was expecting.

Basically, the idea is a good one; however, there isn't enough "stuffing" to keep the pillow from bowing in the middle where your ear and head are supposed to be while you are sleeping. Needs improvement and not worth the money paid for the pillow as it is now.

Received followup voicemail phone call from Side Sleeper Rep., didn't leave a # to call her back. Would like information on how to get a refund for the merchandise. Thanks.

I have lots of trouble with shoulder this pillow helps a lot 👍🏻 I love it.

I am using the pillow and find it a little bit helpful, but the TV presentation "hypes" the product beyond my experience with it.

was not the pillow i expected. i was excited to get it and after using it a few nights it just wasn't working! had a strange smell on it. washed the pillowcase twice and no luck........ another infomercial item that hits the garage sale table for a buck! oh well

The pillow too flimsy and is not strong enough to be effective.

Pillow seems to flatten out after a few weeks. The beads seem to move to much.

The product is only average, no significant benefits and stinks from the synthetic material for many weeks from day one. I still go see my chiropractor for adjustments. Not recommended.

the side sleeper pillow was ok. thought the case of the pillow stretched to much and made the pillow not as firm as I like.so I put it inside a reg pillow case and it works fine. . not the best but not the worse I every used.

Once I took my pillows out of the box I could smell something chemical-like. I have had one out for over a month and it STILL smells toxic. I have not been able to actually use my pillow once. Every day I shake it out in hopes of the smell being gone. It is better, but still not usable.

the pillow is very poorly represented. there is no support to the pillow. could not sleep on it. the only use i got was my wife uses to support her arm to help with pain in shoulder. she also uses it tp sit on while sewing.
