It didn't come with a pillow cover, and I was unable to find one that didn't feel like flannel. So the pillow is hot to me. The hole for you ear isn't in the right spot for me, and you can't just turn over on your back at night, you have to fuss with the pillow.

But I guess it does what they said it does, that's just not much!

The horseshoe pillow cradles the head and comforts the body.
Maybe the best part is that it is light and fits in a suitcase for travel! The extra case is wonderfully convenient.

Overall I like this pillow but I think it needs more stuffing and the button won't stay buttoned for the ear hole

After 3 weeks of using the pillows, the air beads flattened to about 1/2 of the original side. Without a way to fluff them back up, the pillows are quickly becoming useless.

We have yet to sleep on it, as the odor given off by what ever the stuffing is made off is sickening. We have left is out side for 2 days. Washed it and nothing helps. Maybe because it wasn't made in the USA.

I have always been a side sleeper and I always sleep with a CPAP. This pillows keeps my neck in alignment and doesn't interfere with my CPAP. It is also easy to travel with.

I love the Side Sleeper Pro Pillow, but It took it forever to ship and that is why I gave it a 3 star.

My husband and I got two of the Side Sleeper pillows after seeing the add on the TV....they took a long time to arrive, and when they did, after unwrapping them, I was dismayed by the very strong chemical smell from the beads that the pillow is filled with. The shape was great, and the custom pillowcase fit perfectly..I thought at first that washing the case might eradicate the smell, but found that it was from the interior. I let the pillows air out for a week, and the smell did diminish a bit, but still was strong enough that we could not lay our heads on them. The return process was seamless, and it was easy to deal with the company during the return process.

I had a Side Sleeper Pro that I had been using for probably 6 years or more. I finally decided it was time for a new one. I couldn't find the original like I had. I ordered the new "improved" Side Sleeper Pro Air. I sleep on it only because it cost so much and it is all I have. It isn't near the quality or comfort of the old one. The only thing the same is the shape. I wish I had one if the old ones.

I like the pillow but have a terrible time getting it buttoned after washing the cover. It doesn't want to stay buttoned, either. When it's not buttoned properly, the stuffing shifts away from your support needs

The previous side sleeper pillow that I had owned was much more comfortable for me. But it had been deleted and I could not find another one like it until I saw this ad on TV. It was made of a different type of inner material. I have had neck surgery and several vertebrae replaced and my neck fused in places so the support of my pillow is very important. Overall in the past two years I have purchased over thirty different types of pillows trying to find the right one. This new pillow material lacks support and we even tried combining two pillows into one which is a HUGE MESS. My experience overall was disappointing.

This pillow was the most comfortable pillow I ever tried! The microbeads made it instantly mold to my body. The ear hole helped me avoid that horrible pressure on my ear. BUT - it smelled like gasoline. I let it air out for several days. The smell didn't abate. I didn't feel it was good for my health to breathe in the petroleum out gassing every night. So, unfortunately, I had to return it.

This pillow has helped my wife get a better night's sleep.

Unfortunately the pillows came with a weird, not pleasant scent/odor. I had given one to my sister and neither of us are continuing to use them until we can get rid of the odor.

This pillow is much better made than my original Side Sleeper Pro pillow but I.m still not sure I like the air beads it is made of. Still a more comfortable pillow than a conventional pillow. CLF

Love the pillow just took way too long for it to arrive. Over a month, ordered end of November for a Christmas present didn't arrive till after new years

After trying more pillows than I can count, this one actually is as good as advertised.

Changing the inside content to your pillow,to my wife,was the worse thing you could have done.what ever you put as filler is extremely uncomfortable. First it make the pillow soft to a point that you might as well not have any.Secondly there is a horrible smell coming out of it.My wife for whom it was bought for won't use them.She will continue using the original even though she would have like a couple of the ORIGINAL for a renewed comfort. Waited so many months to get Garbage.Sorry but can't find any other word for it.

This was the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever used. Not only that, it had an awful smell. To their credit, I did receive my money back minus shipping charges. All in all, it cost me about $20.00 and a stiff neck. Avoid at all costs.
