I had to return the 2 Side Sleeper Pro Air pillows because they both stunk so badly I did not want them in the house. When I took one from the plastic bag, I gagged. I had to pay $24 to return these 2 pillows. I was extremely disappointed as I had purchased another one years ago and loved it.
I think Side Sleeper Pro Air should refund my return postage as the pillows were unuseable NOT PLEASED

Very unhappy with the product. Have 4 of the original items. Started using them years ago as a last resort to alleviate 55 years of whiplash pain.
Experienced every modality of treatment short of injections. The original side sleeper solved the problem which is why I have so many. But the newer pillow is horrible...am back to where I started with neck pain.
There is not enough support and I lose lots of sleep positioning the pillow so my ear will be in the well. I regret having purchased the second pillow.

The pillow feels great, but after washing the covers and airing out pillows for weeks, I still can't use them due to the chemical smell. I tried Febreeze and sunlight more than once. I tend to smell odors more strongly than others, so for most it might be fine. If you have a sensitive nose, though, avoid these.

I've had three surgeries I have fuse C2 thru C7, so my neck is totally fused
I have been suffering for 10 years, sleeping is very important I went thru every pillow you could buy, so I saw this ad and thought " Another pillow" it won't help I'll just be throwing away more money, but I have to try and get something that would help me to sleep. I order this pillow,,,, and WOW its like a miracle! I CAN SLEEP and wake up so refreshed not in all that pain with stiffened neck headaches feeling like I'd been on some drunken binge. This Side pillow is my answer to my prayers. I can now sleep but the important part of it is how I wake up,, feeling so darn GREAT. Thank You so much Sincerely Debi

Not impressed. Its just a large version of the neck pillow you can buy at any airport gift shop. It did not hold it's shape very well either. I would assume there are better products on the market at a competitive price.

I haven't even used the pillow yet. It has a bad chemical smell and until that disappears I will not try the pillow. I do not want to sleep all night inhaling the chemical.

I think this pillow is great...use it every night.

The front part is harder than the rest of the piece so it's not very comfortable. Then it feels warm instead of cool when sleeping on it. It's too low & I got headaches, not sure if it's related.

Very unacceptable business practice to not have CONTACT info readily available to speak with the business.
I received two pro air pillows and covers and there is a STRONG ODOR to them. I have soaked the covers and pillows themselves in liquid detergent and linen water and still I have not used them as they smell bad. I do not want to have that smell right beside my nose. I wanted to contact Sidesleeper and discuss this problem. The only number I can find is a number for a contact centre that has NO idea about the product. VERY ANNOYING

I enjoyed the first Side Sleeper...kinds wore it out. I was happy to see your commercial for the new Side Sleeper Pro Air pillow. I placed an order. The pillow is much better then the old one. It is very comfortable, but I have to place it on another flat pillow to get some height. I ordered the deluxe size but it could even be bigger and fuller. However, I am very thankful to have the pillow as I have been a side sleeper for a long time. Thank you.

can't sleep good without it love it this is my second set and these are much better than the oldf cotton type.

Took over month to get and ear piece button comes undone when sleeping and can't get back buttoned comes loose.

I couldn't see any difference using the side pillow compared to my usual pillow; it was comfortable but I tend to switch sides a lot and when I do I have to do a lot of rearranging of the side pillow to get comfortable again. Thinking about returning them.

I purchased 2 of there pillows because my husband has shoulder pain and I thought they would help keep some of his weight off of it. The pillow cases don't stay buttoned for the ear space so.I had to make the hole smaller.The worst thing is that they have a strong chemical smell.I have no idea if its the filling of the pillow or not Since we cant use them because of the smell I'm going to try washing them and if the smell comes out great .If not and they get wrecked from washing I really don't feel I'm any worse off than I already am.

I'm a repeat customer. The original pillow was filled with batting. The new design pillow is filled with synthetic pellets which compacts. I like the pillow design and would buy it again. It is much more comfortable than a traditional pillow.

The product was not to my satisfaction but when I spoke to customer service they gave me no problem with returning it for a full refund. I did however have to pay my own shipping to return it, but they did take it back with no problem.

Overhyped advertising. Even less comfort than my 10 year old standard pillows! Don't waste your money!

I did not like it at all it, The pillow was to hard, it gave me a headache. But it is too late to send it back, because I have one of them away.

the pillow itself is great, however it has a strong chemical smell so I cannot even sleep in it, even with 2 additional pillowcases. It's a shame I am hoping it will lose that strong smell with time and am sleeping on another pillow in the meantime.
