When I saw the commercial I exclaimed "That's me!" My friend came into the room and saw the 2fer offer. She said get me one. We both looked forward to the pillows.

My first night was fine. The second night I woke with a stiff neck. I never used it again. I would need to fluff the pillow every time I moved for it to work. The lack of lasting support is troubling. My friend called to complain about a paint smell from the pillow. Those are my thoughts

This pillow is great and easy to use. I use to have back aches when I got up every day, but since I have been using this pillow I have had none.

Within one week of sleeping on the pillow I had such severe headaches I had to go to Dr. Husband had headache as well. We are both headache free since going back to our old pillows. They flatten out quickly and are very difficult to get comfortable.

I bought 4 of these pillows. Although the pillow is moderately comfortable, there is a strong odor to the pillow and it cannot be washed. Unfortunately no one will use them.

Even though it was on back order and took a very long time to get here I was happy when I called to talk to a representative regarding and cod charge when it did arrive. They refunded the shipping cost to cover it. As for the product, I purchased the old product a few years ago and was very happy with it. They have since changed what they use to stuff the pillow to beads. It's not even closed to the comfort I had with my old one. It's takes lots of adjusting and moving to not have it go flat under my neck.

I bought a Side Sleeper pillow a long time ago and loved it. The shape kept me in a proper sleep position and the ear hole eliminated friction on my ear that I experience with regular pillows. Eventually though the pillow needed replacing and I ordered a new one. The new ones are filled with little styrofoam beads....my old one used a more solid stuffing which held it's shape better than this one. Also, the beads have a definite odour. Not really fond of the pillow case it comes with either. Still like the shape of this pillow though for posture while sleeping.

I was disappointed in the quality of the pillows filling. I believe I could have gotten the same filling from a bean bag chair. The Pillow does not keep form and I have to bunch the bean bag contents in the center to give my shoulder, neck, and head enough support.

Really disappointing.

Was not happy with this item at all. Was too short on both sides to sleep comfortable. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I've been using the Side Sleeper Pro pillow for about 6 weeks and I can't even use a regular pillow anymore. No more tossing and flopping over a dozen times a night. No more numb hands and fingers. No more waking up with neck and shoulder pain. I was skeptical when my husband ordered it for me, but it turned out to be the best gift I could have received.

I was going to cancel order but was told it w as already shipped.
1 we got the pillows and tried them, and found them uncomfortable and hard to sleep.on

i find your pillow OK to a point. i would like to see more material in the pillow. i find myself adjusting the pillow throughout the night so i can achieve a comfortable position for my head. My wife has encountered the same problem and since has stopped using it. I am still using mine but must say when the time comes I will order the original Side Sleeper Pro.

The pillows took a long time to arrive. When they did, they had a horrible industrial smell to them. After only a couple of nights' use, they were already starting to fall apart. Waste of money!

By minimizing the pillows size, the manufacturer engineered the pillow to fit into the neck area very nicely. I think the air beads inside readjust when the weight of the neck and head is placed on the pillow. I don't think the back is effected at all by the long end of the "J" shape. It takes some getting use to it, but overall the pillow is very comfortable.

The shape is good, the pillow portion is not quite full enough, which makes pillow very soft,, not as supportive.

Not what I expected or was advertised. I have returned two pillows for credit.

The shape and feel of the pillow is wonderful BUT you can NOT sleep on it due to the burned plastic smell. After washing the warranty is VOID.

I am very pleased with this pillow as it has made a world of difference in my neck, I now wake in the morning without the neck pain I had been experiencing.

the pillow doesn't make any noise.. very important to me.. some pillows are very loud when ear is next to it.. It's not so firm as to hurt neck.. But firm enough to keep body aligned...My only suggestion would be a bigger ear hole or make two models..The ear holes are too small for my liking..

the pillow was too hard and got hot suring the night. It also took several weeks to deliver. I sent it back after one night.
