My husband sleeps better & helped his snoring

I have both the original and the air. The pro air is much less firm, making the back part not very good for support, and my head slips down out of the "crook". Also, from the box the chemical door was pretty strong. After letting it air out, I can still smell an odor, although it is tolerable now. I prefer the original Side Sleeper.

I really like the feel of the beads in these side sleeper pillows on my shoulders/back. I have sleep apnea so side sleeping is the only way I can position myself when I am using my c-pap. These pillows are soft and easy to position where I want them.

I have tried sleeping with the pillow, and while I was able to use it a couple of nights I don't see myself using it every night. My husband has found the pillow difficult to sleep on. I also noticed that the pillows are not stuffed the same and one if firmer than the other. I think the long side of the pillow that goes down your back could be a bit longer it might make is easier to keep it in place through the night.

Couldn't use this for a while after a knee surgery but I finally tried it last night and did sleep well. Only negative was that it felt a bit hot on my face but maybe that was just me so I'll continue to use it.

I had the original side sleeper purchased about 10 years ago and it was wonderful. I continued to use this pillow until I received your latest invention. So excited to receive the new one (after waiting for four months of backorders) until I tried to sleep on it. Very disappointed, the microbeads are inadequate and very noisy when my head moves on it. There is no support like the original style (foam filled), I tried for three weeks to adjust to it, but with the constant headaches and neck pain I switched to a contour pillow and put the side sleeper in the closet. Would love to have the original style again. This was a mega fail, so disappointed.

Seems like this could work well with enough "stuffing", so it stays full enough under my head for good neck support. Almost NO support as it is. Can I get my money back?

The pillows were received in a timely order. However they had a very toxic odor. I hung them outdoors for 2 weeks and it went away. Perhaps it was from the plastic they were wrapped in. It caused my throat and nose to burn and I couldn't use them until aired out. I don't like them as well as the solid packed pillows of several years ago, but they will do.

I expected the pillow to be softer because of the beads. It is not. It is too stiff.

The pillows are very comfortable but the chemical smell ruins the experience.

This Pillow has been a God sent for me. I sleep on my side and I was having trouble with my neck. Since I started using the Side Sleeper Pro Air I have had no more neck problems. It is so comfortable. It supports your back also and shows you where to put your head for the right angle.

I think the concept and contents of the pillow is great, I have not been able to use either one of the two that I bought, there is an overwhelming smell to them, I have tried several different methods (febreeze, sitting them out in the sun) and nothing seems to help. If I could sleep on them I think that this would be a very comfortable pillow.

Shipping process wax poorly done. Quality of 1 side sleeper was very poor.Not enough stuffing inside of pillow, not acceptable.But you did fix this problem with me in a very satisfactory time. Thank you.

The pillow's chemical smell is so offensive that after a month of airing outdoors and then spraying with Febreeze, I cannot use it. Also, the pillow is unlike former side sleeper pro air pillows by being too soft to help with snoring. I am disappointed.

The pillow works as advertised. Contours to my neck and back but the filling needs to be softened up some. Maybe a quilted cover or something.
