After waiting months for our new side sleeper pillow, my husband and I were very disappointed in the two that arrived. They are bigger and fatter than the original ones we got a few years ago. The pillow cases that we had to buy online (because Side Sleeper does not sell pillow cases individually) to fit our previous side sleeper pillows do not fit. The pillows that arrived are filled with some weird type of filling. These are not like the original side sleepers.

Great for neck stiffness

This pillow is great for side sleeping and helps me keep my neck in line so I have less pain; however, it does not breath and is very hot. Since it wraps around your neck it makes you sweat. I wake up sweaty and have to get rid of it to be able to sleep the rest of the night.

it would take more ball in your ear

I've been an owner of a side sleeper pillow for the last eight years. I still own two of them, but after a number of years you can imagine the pillow cases are done. Pillows are still ok. I found your website on Google and was very excited to know that I could order new pillows I had tried all the as seen on TV stores and any store that carried those products but none were to be found. I did order them online October 16th purchase comp said 7-10 business days. I was able to check the tracking for my shipment online which was great, I spoke to a couple of client reps on the phone who were also very good. Unfortunately it was out of stock and it took almost 3 months to get to me. You can imagine I was very excited to have two brand-new side sleeper pillows, I was very disappointed to realize that there are now filled with little Styrofoam bowls (like a bean bag chair) instead of the foamy cushion that was inside the originals. I have kept the two pillowcases from the new side sleeper pillows as they work well on my two original flight super pillows, the new pillows I received are now stored in the closet as they are not comfortable to sleep with make a lot of noise every time you move your head. Had I known that they had been changed and filled with Styrofoam balls I would never have ordered them. I was happy to find out that I can order just the pillowcases online but I wish that you had not changed actual pillow and it was still as wonderful as the original pillows . Sorry unsatisfied customer really...

I have a bad back from an accident and a lingering neck pain. I resorted to sleeping flat - with no pillow- but that created more neck pain. Since using the Side Sleeper Pro Air, my neck pain is gone and I am actually sleeping through the night.
I would recommend the Side Sleeper Pro Air to everyone. A big plus - I always sleep on my side. :)

I received two pillows and both were not even close to what is advertised in photos or on TV. These pillows were maybe half filled with "micro beads" and they provided ZERO support to the back and very little support to the head and neck.
When you return the pillows it will cost $15-$20 and Side Sleeper subtracts their S&H from your refund. So you get less than half of what you spent on these worthless pillows! But Side Sleeper makes money, even if you do not want the pillows. What a scam!

I cannot express to you enough just how much I love this side sleeper pillow! I was in a car accident. I have always been a side sleeper and even slept with a regular pillow angled down so I could hug the corner of it. This side sleeper pillow is shaped sort of like a candy cane and even has an ear well for your ear to lay in so it isn't squished. Very comfortable! The pillow cradles around your back and neck while sleeping. It even helps me prop up at night before sleeping while reading on my Kindle. The cover is zippered so you can easily remove it and toss in the washing machine to keep it clean. so was happy to know that I didn't have to buy a separate case for this one.Thank you soooooo Very Much.

The pillow is very uncomfortable and is impossible to find pillowcase for it.

At first I really loved the pillow. I felt I was sleeping better. However in less then 30 days the pillow became so squishy (not sure what happens to the beads) that my head was laying flat on the bed and not even being supported by the pillow. I had two pillows since it was buy one get one free and it happened to both.

Great pillow..I would get better material for pillow cases though. Also shorten the back part a bit...gets too hot for those of us hot natured!

This pillow won't fix stress from work/friends/family, nor will it fix late night caffeine. What it will do is adequately support your head and neck regardless of which position you sleep in, it won't build up heat during the night, and your ear won't get crushed when you sleep on your side. I am getting the best sleep possible and breathing better through the night.

When I lay down on my pillow, I can feel the tension in my neck and shoulders relaxing. I am sleeping very comfortably with my Side Sleeper pillow.

Gone are my constant headaches. I now sleep through the night without tension in my neck. I am so grateful. It is better than all the others on the market including "My Pillow." Thank you for this crazy looking, genius invention.

Didn't solve problems as advertised.

I really like the pillow and being a side sleeper its very comfortable .. it has a indent where your ear is supposed to line up with and its got a button sown in it ... well the button has popped off on mine and the little balls are coming out of it so I have to figure out how to sew it back on and mending, sewing, fixing is not my cup of tea ... Any suggestions would helpful. It is comfortable but I toss and turn all night and it's designed to be slept on facing only one way, from what the instructions that come with it explain, but I find it comfortable either way.

After waiting several months for delivery, both of my pillows are so soft you cannot sleep on your side. So disappointed because I was really hoping I had found the perfect pillow.

Was over charged, Charged for shipping which they said would be "free" because of the product being shipped very, very late and the workmanship of this product is weak. Stitches coming lose, thin cheap fabric, and it doesn't retain its shape very well.

I ended up spending $80 on something I expected to pay no more that $40 for, and that probably is worth less than $10!

Pillow hurts my neck and took 4 months to arrive. I ended up with a double order due to a shipping error so now have several useless pillows. Also had to pay duty into Canada. I would not order this pillow.

A personmust lie in a certain position for it to be effective. Fine when one goes to bed, but position change a lot/ Better luck next time!
