It's good but it could be filled a bit more, any movement and it goes right out of place. And the noise it makes with every movement is distracting when u r trying to sleep.

I was a little skeptical of this pillow, but I have to tell you that after using it for about a month, I don't wake up with neck or shoulder pain. It really is quite comfortable! Now I take it with me when I travel!

I purchased two Side Sleepers, one for me and the other for my wife. On our first night I was able to get a great night sleep because my wife did not snore and neither did I.

The representative was more than helpful and very accommodating regarding my return.

Did not receive the pillow cases that were to be included in the order.

Returned the Side Sleeper Pro Air at a cost of $15 by way of US Postal Service.

The Side Sleeper did not work for me. It felt like I was lying flat on the bed with no support. Very disappointed.

This "Buy 1 Get 1" was a waste of my money! I gifted my daughter with 1 and she is just as dissatisfied as I am! We don't like sleeping on beads with an odor! The original side sleeper is the best!

I really can't give the pillow's effectiveness a review but only gave 1 star because of the strong chemical smell. It sent me into an asthma attack within an hour. Also, the pillowcases should COME on the pillow - not as an extra purchase. Cost me half the amount of purchase ($23.00) to return even with the RA, so if you're sensitive to smells at all - save your money.

Have slept like a baby from first night with pillow and no more neck pain. Was skeptical but not anymore

I liked the pillow and use it every night. However I don't like the pillow cases that came with it.

The pillows are filled with highly toxic plastic beads that severely aggravated my asthma and almost put me in the hospital! Also, when I called and informed them that this was unacceptable, and I wanted to return them, I was told that 2 more pillows would be shipped out the same day to replace the ones I wanted to return. Customer service was very lax and not very helpful or understanding.

I really like the concept but after a few days it lost the firmness to it and it's pretty much useless for me neck or side sleep, may as well go back to the old regular pillow curled up under my neck sleeping on my side and one between my knees. Unless they make is so that is does not loose it density and make is stay firm. I am sure there is a way with technology to do this. I am going to call the company and maybe they will work with me. So I am not giving up yet.

I call this pillow my Squishy since it has no body. If I can sleep flat on the bed I can use this pillow and if it is cool enough as I get hot using it. I am used to the original Side Sleeper which I have used for years and like very much. The Pro Air is not the same at all. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone. It works only if I sleep in the chair when I have digestive problems. (GERD) Helps to keep my head from dropping to the side.

Just received our sidesleeper pillows, but no pillow cases. Went on the website but can't find where I can contact them.

My husband had a similar pillow and loved it, however, after a few years it needed to be replaced. When I saw the Side Sleeper Pro I was excited because I could finally replace his old pillow, plus get 2 pillows for the price of 1 so I purchased it. My husband is satisfied, but there is a plastic smell to the pillow, so it needed to be aired out. I am disappointed in the pillow because I feel that the pillow could have had more filling in it. Every night my husband has to plump all the beads towards the top/head to get a good nights sleep. Not sure I would purchase this item again.

I was not given a reason for the delay in delivery which made the gift too late for the occasion, so I have not received any feedback yet. However the one that I kept for myself is very satisfactory,,,I like it very much.

The button in the middle would not stay securely fastened and the pillow wouldn't stay evenly fluffed which makes it difficult for a good nights rest.

First I ordered these pillows a month before Christmas for presents, never gave me an arrival date as I was placing my order and never said they would be on back order . Once received almost a month after Christmas I only used mine about 3 weeks tops and it completely busts open . Small air beads everywhere. My wife's friend that we bought one for as well as my wife could not even use theirs because it has an odor that sets off allergies and will completely take your breath . Has to be the worst product ever purchased and honestly the shortest lifespan of any pillow in history!! Just awful

My husband and I have been buying new pillows trying to find one that is comfortable. The side sleeper is it. We both love it, we throw the other pillows on the floor and cuddle up to the side sleeper.

I didn't care that the pillows were shipped without being wrapped in plastic. They didn't smell very good, so I took the cover off and washed it. I followed the instructions and did not put it in the dryer. When I put the pillows back in the case, the pillow inside started coming out and now have litttle balls lose between the pillow and the case. I really don't understand why someone would say they are "too hard" because they are not hard. I was tempted to send them back but I had used it. My husband did not want to try it.
