Sidewindercomputers has on of the largest supplies of quality watercooling gear on the web, but that doesn't mean that they loose overview of their stock which, at other vendors would result in wrong items shipped to the customer or bad handling and packaging of the merchandise.

My order was made in October last year and I've received it now and you would think that it would be a bad thing, but the late shipment was more due to me constantly adding and removing items from my order and then one of the items got lost in the relocation of the store, so that would be the removal mens fault. And the manage of the store bared with me and made all the changes and did everything to make the order come through.
Also the prolonging of the order made me able to add some new quality merchandise to the order which would've ended in a bigger bill in the long run.
Packaging was well taken care of, the package has gone through both USPS and the Danish Postal Service and got a good beating but all the items was intact due to the well made packaging made at Sidewindercomputers.
The whole course of events has been very pleasant and every e-mail I've written I've received an answer on plus updates on the order once in a while. I would recommend Sidewindercomputers.com any day over any European store!
