Another excellent service from Siemens for our dishwasher. Excellent service from Angela on the phone organising our call out, explaining very thoroughly. We were able to get a very quick repair visit. Ish, the engineer, communicated before his visit confirming his time of arrival. He ws extremely thorough and our dish washer is now back on track working perfectly.

Great service and support
I have an EQ 900 coffee machine and unfortunately it started leaking after 18 months. I was dreading phoning customer support for repairs however they made the whole experience painless. The lady who answered the phone took the details and within 30 minutes the repair center had contacted me, they even arranged for boxers to be sent overnight as I had disposed of the original packaging. I was kept well informed regarding the repair and a week later my coffee machine was returned as good as new. I have had similar experiences with Bosch and Siemens larger appliances. In contrast I have had terrible customer experiences with Samsung. Going forward I will only buy Bosch and Siemens products because its not just the quality of the products but the customer support is excellent.
