Excellent store!

Absolutely excellent store with great expertise and incredible customer service. They went above and beyond to get me a replacement product after my initial order got lost by the postal service. I will definitely be returning here for my future purchases, thanks a lot!

Non delivery

Hi there. I was provided a photograph from the courier where he tried to delivered my parcel but it was not my address. I don't know where he was trying to deliver to.
I have received a refund as the item was not delivered to me here at my registered address. I thank Signal Sound for having their systems together.

Your dealing with the best !

I have been dealing with these guys since they first set out providing dedicated eurorack and synthesiser goodness. I have never had a bad experience, always super helpful, attentive, and totally. Customer focused. Latest transaction was for an Expert Sleepers Disting NT, a fantastic module, shipped and delivered promptly.
