They did a wonderful job on the headstone we ordered. Staff made recommendations on the design which we had done which were very helpful and made a better look. Very happy!

Is this company a scam? I order my moms headstone in March and I still don’t have it.

The company responded so graciously when I asked for updates on our order. Patiently walked me through the process and followed through on all their promises. Would definitely recommend them for their customer service and workmanship.

We placed an order over two weeks ago and have not received any updates .

It is July 13. We ordered the headstone on April 23. We still haven’t received it or provided any reassurances of an ETA. Throughout this process, I have left several voicemails requesting updates, and I never received a call back on any of them. Email communication takes weeks between correspondences, even for the most simple of things. For example, they’ll ask a question, I’ll email back needing clarification on something, they won’t respond for 2 weeks. And in the meantime, there has been no progress, because they needed my response to move on to the next step.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. But we don’t even feel confident we will ever receive it. In 6 months maybe? A year? Are they purposely not prioritizing our order, since we have been forthright about our frustration with this process?

A headstone/memorial is for eternally honoring a human life. We should have spent the extra 500.00 to use a local company. This isn’t worth the savings…

Ordering a memorial marker for my dad was easy. Being able to design it myself, was the best part.

Headstone was beautiful! Grandfather passed away in 2004 and while visiting cemetery I had noticed he never had a headstone placed on his grave. Unacceptable... I took it upon myself and contacted Signature Headstones and they did a amazing job. Exactly what I had envisioned! Now he can rest in peace with the headstone he deserves.

So far it has been ok. I paid for a proof that i didnt get but they resolved the issue within minutes after they were made aware. i wish it was a bit more personable but not a big deal.

The only probably I had was they didn't have the rose I wanted on the headstone and they didn't tell me about it until I emailed them to see if it was done. Other then that I recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job creating the stone for my wife and everyone I talked to was very pleasant. That alone may have been enough but they're also significantly cheaper than what I would have payed through the places here in town.

Not bad but I do wish I had more information on my order as far as how far out it will be made a date or round about date anyways I’m not happy spending almost $300 and having no run down of things or communication other than receiving the email to fill out this survey. Not good business in my eyes.

Absolutely was cordial and accommodating during the phone call. Answered my question without any problems. Total phone call was less than 1 minute. I recommend to anyone who is looking for exceptional value and customer service.

Other than not responding to original emails it was a pretty smooth process, received my mother’s pillow marker today and it’s wonderful, she would have been very proud of how nice it came out. Will be sending your company’s info to my brother in law for his site marker for hisself and my sisters pillow marker. Thanks again for making such an affordable and well made product.
