Efficient process, although I would have liked some more personal email status updates.

Although I picked the design through the website, the layout proof showed that they enhanced my Mom’s picture that I have on the headstone by making the background a sky blue. It looks better than the original background that was in the hallway at my daughter’s high school graduation, with my daughter’s arm on her shoulder. It looks very elegant and I love it! I can’t wait until it’s delivered and installed!

This is for my angel daughter so this means a lot to a broken hearted father

Loved that there were many different styles and that I could deign my fathers headstone exactly the way I wanted. I wish there was a little more communication, as far as confirmations of receipt of orders, confirmation of shipping. If there was more transparency I would of given 5 stars.

I have not received my stone yet but so far the process has been easy
and the staff I talked to were very helpful. I can't wait to get it.

Creating stone was easy and fast. When I had a question, I was helped right away. Preview looks great. Looking forward to receiving headstone.

Matched what I customized, including the notes for what I wanted on the vase. Haven't received it yet bec Himalayan was out of stock.

So far it's been excellent to work with this company. I've got quick responses and a preview to approve. I'm excited to get the stone.

The headstone is beautiful. I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the time from order to receipt of the finished product.

Came out perfect. When delivered the cemetery staff commented on the excellent quality. Many options for engraving. Highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased with the finished product. It was very well packaged so that no damage would occur. Very affordable!

After a very positive experience with Overnight Caskets, I figured the good business practices would continue with the design of a headstone. I had all my questions quickly answered with a single phone call, and easily designed the headstone I wanted for my mother's grave site. As with the casket, the price was reasonable compared to local sourcing.

Dealing with a death is hard enough, so any vendor providing a required product that has high quality standards at a reduced price (and free shipping) is very much appreciated. It makes the entire experience a lot easier to manage, and more cost effective.

Product and service was great, Product showed up on time and looks fantastic.

So overall I really like Signature Headstones, the process was easy, plenty of options and lots of customization options. The price was better than anything I could find local and being furloughed during the pandemic didn't help my finances. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the font I selected was not what I received, however it is still elegant and I'm happy with it.

I just want to tell you how very happy I am with the Headstone. It is Beautiful! It got here very quick. Didn't even take 3 weeks. I would recommend your place to people if they are looking to get a Headstone or Marker for a grave. I want to Thank you Very much.
