I am a 30 years old woman with a temporary ileostomy (so I am pretty new to this), and I ordered an ostomy belt, the MIA ostomy wrap and a stoma protector. My package arrived in about 15 days in Athens, Greece and even though the team was very slow in answering my emails, everything came in perfect conditions and exactly as I ordered! I am so glad I tried this brand because their materials are of high quality and the products are super comfortable and discreet! Everything I ordered made a huge difference on my everyday life, and I exercise regularly as well as I am generally outgoing. The belt not only gave me the sense of stability I needed but it also reduced my leakages. The wrap, in turn, saved my intimate life while the protector allowed me to wear all kinds of pants without experiencing the discomfort of sth pressing against my stoma. I haven't tried any other brand, but as someone who had to navigate this alone with no sources of information, I totally recommend this brand! I am very satisfied and I think they are doing a great job offering high quality products in friendly prices!

I bought this to Amazon for the purpose of putting it on the front of my bag to protect my intestine from pushing in while I do exercises it laying on my stomach. I guess I didn't read with a fine tube comb because it only comes with 10 sets. Basically one end of the velcro was automatically forever attached to the ostomy protector. The other two for the top and the bottom you pull off a plastic sheet is four on per sheet so two uses. Since I work out three to four times a week trying to get back into exercising. I use six to eight of them. I'll be done with the 10 in 2 weeks approximately. And if you want more of course you approximately $16 in change to buy more. So literally $30 to $40 a month on top of the $30 that you pay for the protector. Remember the velcro is only good until you throw out the bag. Then one side of the velcro goes in the garbage with your bag. The front of my bags are not see-through so they're not plastic. It's a material. Anyway, it's good. It does exactly what I wanted to do, but be prepared if you're reading this and you're getting these for exactly what I'm getting them for or why I got them. You don't have to spend another $30 $40 per month. Unless you go out and buy your own velcro you only need one side of the velcro cuz like I said the other sides forever attached to the protector who cares what it looks like since you're going to throw them out anyway.

The first belt I bought off them via Amazon and they charged me for quick postage and then did not deliver it on time but much later than I paid for and it took me months and many contacts with them directly to get my postage refunded. They argued and argued!
The belt I bought then stopped working correctly in that the important adhesive sections of it would not hold together and so now it does not work correctly.
Once again I find myself having to message them continuously to get any form of reaction or help. This part of my saga is still ongoing! In short - don’t buy off this Company. They are a nightmare to deal with.

All is well until you dont request for change of size or refund for a return which the team agreed to refund but not actually issuing a refund.

I am making a claim against the credit company to fore them to refund as I have emails and tracking code for the return which was accepted by the team.

I am making this claim after 25 days of the team agreeing for refund but not actually refunding it!
