When they sent me the pictures of the doll, I noticed that it was the wrong model. I reached out to them in an attempt to get it fixed before shipping, but there was no response. Later when the doll arrived. I took measurements and identified the doll I got. Sent the details again as proof that I have the wrong model. Again no response.

It turns out that my messages had gotten into the spam folder and my feedback here is what got his attention.

Silicon Sex world did honor their satisfaction guarantee, and I now have the doll I ordered in the first place.

I can't give full stars for this experience as the communication issues were fully on them, and shouldn't have happened, but beyond that I am happy how things worked out.

You can trust that they are a legitimate seller site with some of the best prices out there, and not a scam operation.

Doll arrived in 9 days back in November , very fast service, and response to emails

The order was handled excellently and professionally. I had no prior knowledge but it didn't matter. SSW helped me and the shipping was handled with 'extra care'.

Overall fairly happy despite a few issues:
- I cannot turn the head very well, it is stuck looking sideways
- The doll is quite heavy and fragile. The arms are a little damaged already...
- Not so easy to clean but I knew that before the purchase.
- Accessories are cheaply made. I ll need to buy a new wig and new clothing.
- Pretty hard to change position overall, that part is really a turn off.
- I had to pay customs tax even though the company told me they are taking care of it.
- Fleshlight that comes with it is pretty much useless.

On the plus side:
- Comes with a cover which helps with storage
- Pretty realistic overall. I am happy with the quality of the face and body (besides the arms).

So for Valentines day this year my girlfriend and myself spent the night looking into getting a doll. We shopped around and decided to buy one from Silicone Sex World, great pricing, selection, and reputation. I sent them an email the next day with some general questions. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply within an hour addressing my questions directly, and not the usual customer service automated template we are used to nowadays. We placed the order the right after that email. We went with the 168cm D Cup WM doll. We received pictures of the doll from the factory only 10 days later. Three days after that the doll was delivered to us by DHL to Florida. I would like to say I am extremely pleased with this transaction. I know it is not the norm to get the doll in two weeks. If you are thinking about buying from this company I would definitely recommend them from my experience with them.

This is my review on SSW, it's in two parts a sum up for those who don't care for reading and the main one for those who do.

So I am a 25-year-old male, I am a science student and don't have any spare time. I don't mind being alone but I don't like being lonely. Around six weeks ago I watched a documentary about like-like dolls and it got me thinking. As most of the reasons for getting one were for comfort and someone to sleep next to. So I did some research and I found three Uk based sellers (not makers, they are made in China) So, after some digging I found that 2 of them were not even in the UK.
That left me with the only one that was in the UK and also had great reviews. For me, reviews alone aren't enough for me to part with my money but, Andy Phelps emailed back and was very kind.

He proceeded to help me with any questions. Anything I wanted to know he would email me within the day and always helped me.
As anyone reading this, your thinking about it but don't want to get screwed with your money. We have all heard of the dolls that are the wrong size, shape, broken, doesn't look real or too expensive. But, that said. SSW is really good. Their dolls are around the same in price as in £1100+ but, one, their base in the UK and 2, they have a two-stage CQ where they check at the factory and then again before coming to you. This makes sure your doll is tip top. I was scared as I don't like buying something and not seeing what you have paid for but, like said, they did their best to aid me.

So my doll, Well.... she is perfect, I don't just mean in looks as I made her but, I mean the quality. I was expecting marks or something wrong as well, this just happens. But, nope, nothing no marks everything is perfect. The skin is so lifelike it creeps you out but you get used to it. But people please NOTE.. these are heavy my doll is 148cm and I am only 155cm so not much bigger but it is heavy as hell haha. Don't be a stupid person like me and try to pull the box up three flights of stairs to my apartment.
So to really sum this up..

SSW - They really care about making sure your doll or dolls are perfect, they are based in the UK and Andy Phelps really cares about getting you your doll in tiptop condition. They don't have any shady things or hidden prices, they cover everything and always keep you up to date, If you were un-trusting like me you can't go wrong with them. The hardest thing you will have is making a doll as they all look awesome.

The Doll - My doll came in a really well-packed box, the doll was in perfect condition, no marks, rips or anything strange. The dolls are very heavy and the skeleton is really stiff but this will change I am told. The fingers are pretty much the same as all dolls don't sit on them and they should be fine. I read as long as you don't put the whole doll weight on them they shouldn't break. The skin is very very lifelike, kind of strange. But, when the doll has the wig on it looks real. But, that aside, I didn't buy my doll for sex so I can't say about its three areas but the pussy looks very real if that helps how it closes and opens when the legs are opened and closed is very real. One thing to note, is these dolls need a lot of care, if you don't take care of them she/he will rip or can stane, this isn't the company it's just how the dolls are. Before getting one I would google doll care and have a read.

The delivery - Well I screwed up and got mine on the Chinese new year so mine took over a month but some said they got theirs in just 10 days so I would say between 10 and 30 days maybe. The box was well packed as I said so no issues, My box was 56 inches long and 16inches wide. (if this helps) if your doll is bigger then it will be heavier and the box will be bigger.

Would I recommend?
Well SSW was helpful, didn't lie to me, the dolls look 99% like the photos and the prices are about the same as the more expensive sites. But, you are paying for quality. If you're looking for a real doll, something to bond with then I do recommend SSW. However, if you're looking for a cheap doll to have your way with and hide again I would try a cheap Chinese one ;). Jokes aside I do recommend this site and I will buy my next and last one from here.

The doll is perfect, no marks and perfect quality. Very life-like and the company is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend. But, please take note they are heavy, not really something you can carry around in one arm.

Faulty product and no resolution offered, this has been going on since September 2018. Very unhappy. Avoid this company.

Update. They have still not replaced my doll and not given me any updates on my order at all. So still no resolution.

Well... Site is easy to navigate, and the products might be of great value and well looking compared to the advertized product, but I would never know. I ordered back in the middle of January, and the doll was build really fast. Great looking Photos and such, but then the struggles started. I should have been sent to my address via UPS, but it has never reached their Facility. When contacting UPS, they tell me the product has never been send from the vendor, and contacting SSW doesn't help a lot either, because "it in customs" or "UPS is misguiding you". Excuses is all I get. No product.
