If you are buying a love doll, in the UK in particular, there seems no better place to go than SSW. They were very helpful, speedy & informative to ensure my orders are exactly what I want, expect & happy to clarify any questions you might have. The photo approval before the doll is shipped from the factory is a service no one else has ever provided me. Most importantly they take care of everything through Customs, no worry, hassle or confusion, they make it so simple. In my experience they are also the quickest for delivery. If you need any other reason to use SSW too, they also seem to be the cheapest on all my price comparisons with the same doll models especially knowing there are no hidden extras or surprises with SSW. If there is any room for improvement it would be on the website, a table of doll specifications, measurements, weight, features, etc would be very useful.

First time buyer (of dolls) and only two buyers in the UK, after lots of searching etc. Was quite sceptical of buying a doll anyway, as i know they're all shipped in from China/US anyway and was told this company was new too.. but.. the customer service (from Andy) was exceptional - understood my concerns and answered ALL my many questions. This is what made be choose SSW. Took a month to get to me (customs delay), fair enough. When she arrived, despite my scepticism, was VERY realistic (to me and as far as a doll can be), exactly as per my specs and although the weight of the doll was stated, didn't realise how heavy that would actually be! Anyway, boxed and packaged very well, sturdy and I CANNOT RECOMMEND SSW HIGHLY ENOUGH. Many thanks (Andy).

The company as a whole were great. Especially young Andy. Kept me well informed as to delivery status. The parcel was held up at customs for a while which made it a bit late in arriving but that wasn't the company's fault as was explained to me and we all know what customs and excise are like.

I am not happy with the metal skelital frame in the doll. It makes it too heavy and cumbersome for its intended use.

I've wasted £1500 for a doll with a built in incumbrance.
