Well was a bit nervous of ordering as it was my first time of ordering some thing like this was soon but at ease. And as for the item well worth evey single penny delivery service was brilliant to as i new it would be useing dhl . They are on the whole a good vendour. And although i had problems with my purchase arriving damaged, they went above and beyond to get me a replacement plus compensation.

However, there is a flaw with the item that's common that I was not made aware of prior purchase. And several months after receiving the item the flaws became apparent. When I brought this up with the vendour they were not that helpful. They had assured me of the quality of the build of the item prior purchase and did not warn me of the fundamental problems.

For such an incredibly expensive item I should have been made aware of the weight and fragility of certain parts prior purchase or at least been given some limited warranty!

I would recommend the vendour but not the quality of the product they sell. I would also expect greater candour on the vendours part regarding the limitations and fragility of their product!

Got everything I asked for on time and in perfect condition - couldn’t ask for more!

The doll was shipped very fast but that's the only good point, unfortunately the doll was advertised with standing feet but when it arrived it did not I even sent an email asking questions about the doll but I never got a reply and the doll was removed so I couldn't check to see if the information would of been there (I understand it makes sense to remove her) I would say they need a little work in aftercare with customers but it was a simple procedure and the doll herself looks amazing

I was very happy with the speed of response to all my enquiries. And the information that was very helpful in enabling me to make my choices. The two dolls themselves are fantastic and I am really pleased with both of them. The only issue I have is that I never received any notification as regards the posting and arrival of the dolls, fortunately I was present when UPS delivery service arrived so both arrived safely. I’m sure this was just an oversight however and I am more than happy to recommend SSW to other potential clients seeking a companion.

I ordered their JY148 "Wendy" doll back in March. Their product specialist, Andy Phelps was really helpful at guiding me through the whole process, which I needed as this was my first time ordering a doll.

When the doll reached the UK, it was delayed for quite a while by British Customs, which was a nightmare, but SSW ordered a second doll exactly the same as the first to be made and shipped just in case. They really are determined to make their customers happy!

As well as this, I was refunded £100 and had some free wigs, etc sent to me as a token of good faith for the long wait.

Eventually the original doll was released from customs and, sent to SSW to be checked for damages, and then sent over to me within days.

The doll is such a high quality, the delicate hands and feet are so well detailed, and the doll is a delight for keeping me company! She's absolutely gorgeous and looks just like the one in the picture.

5 Stars, 10/10, 110%. I would definitely recommend this company, and if I decide to buy another doll I will definitely be returning to SiliconeSexWorld.com!

Purchased a Maria doll just as china’s new year came so doll was delayed for awhile. SSW was there for me all the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. When the doll arrived I could not believe just how detailed and beautiful she was. The website pictures don’t lie, and the pictures you see are truly accurate and details like hands and feet look real. I would definitely recommend SSW to anyone looking to buy a doll.

SSW was of great help through out the process of selecting a doll. I placed my order early Feb which meant delays due to CNY factory close down. This gave me a bit of time to re think and make changes to my order which SSW were very accommodating of. On it's arrival in the UK i had another delay due to a labelling issue, SSW kept me up to date with everything and spent a lot of time resolving the issue which was not their fault.

The doll arrived in perfect condition, and is clearly made to high standards. I would highly recommend anyone considering a TPE/silicone doll use a UK vendor to import (they are all in China) as they deal with all aspects from ensuring you get the right specifications right through to delivery.

I would further recommend SSW as a reliable and quality vendor.

I paid ad ordered the Love doll Dawn over a month back.
Although I waited a while and if you are anything lie me a first time buyer
then you may worry all the way until your doll arrives. Yes the price is a lot. At being about ￡1.600, but you will get the doll. A truly if a picture of a certain doll that catchers your eye as I did, depending what extras you
want, the doll is truly ( What you see is what you get. ) Your doll will truly
be the same as you see in the photo. This firm is for real. Buy from here.

The website is very simple to use and the choices make customising easy. The photographs are very accurate with the exception of the skin colour but speaking on the online help it was quickly cleared up. Speaking of the online help, exceptional. It wasn't easy to go through with a purchase but the online help cleared up all my questions as did the frequently asked question. SSW will likely do anything to help make the process easy. Above all it was discreet, delivery to the TNT depot, plain boxes and no indication of what the product is on the box or bank statement. Well done SSW

Ordered my doll at the end of january forgetting all about chinese new year but I was reassured it would leave the factory before then. Arrived 2 weeks after placing the order and everything is perfect. If I think about getting another doll I wont hesitate in coming back to ssw or recommending them to anyone

Great product, good quality excellent customer service, a bit of long wait but otherwise everything else 5* star for quality of product and customer service would definitely recommend.

Like a previous reviewer, I, too had concerns about ordering a doll. I contacted SSW, who assured me that all their dolls and heads were acceptable to UK customs. I bought one, and have had no problems. The doll was purchased on 20/01/18 and discretely delivered on 07/02/18. Considering it was made in China and sent to UK, where it was checked by SSW before shipping to me, I think that was excellent service. Also delivery was discrete.
