I have ordered a wrong product by mistake.
Although the shipping process has been already initiated, Daniela managed to rectify my mistake and arranged for exchanging the product for the right one. She went above and beyond to help me.
She is a rare kind of customer service rep nowadays.

The first set of sheets exceeded my exceeded my expectations. Also purchased another set. They are high quality, fit is perfect and make for a restful sleep.
The shipping got mixed up but silk + snow tracked them down and they arrived the next day!

I ordered the organic bed and 2 bonus pillows on a weekend, and it was delivered literally two days later. Talk about speed. It was in perfect shape and the service person (Abby) got back to me very quickly when I had an inconsequential question.
Bed (after 2 nights) seems wonderful - not overly sure about the outer material on the Eco Soy pillows - a bit warm for my taste.

Had an issue with the pillow I ordered, they dealt with it in a prompt professional manner and replaced the pillow!

Helpful, honest and courteous. Everything you want in a customer service call.

We ordered a dresser and it took one month to arrive when it said 5-6 business days online. When it arrived the delivery men said they do not get paid to take it in. Remember, this is a 200 pound piece of furniture. So, my wife had to pay them cash to carry it up our stairs. Once it was up there and unboxed we found out that it was damaged and one of the legs was completely broken off. Now, we have to go through the whole return process and figure out how to get it back downstairs. I look forward to waiting another one to two months for the replacement... that is sarcasm by the way.

I really appreciate the fastest they take to sending me back my new sheet in replacement of the broken one !!

I Just received my Silk & Snow blanket and it’s beautiful. Lovely feel, nice quality. This is my first time shopping with the company. I’ll be sure to shop again soon.

Great prompt service

I absolutely love all my pieces! A linen bundle, some quilted shams and the memory king pillows. Everything came responsibly and beautifully packaged and the sheets themselves so soft! So light. The pillows are amazing and I’m just thrilled

We purchased three Silk & Snow Hybrid medium-firm mattresses and were happy with two of them, but one felt noticeably different. Thanks to the 365-day trial, we returned it. The return process took about three weeks due to our location and pickup access, but everything went smoothly.

We decided to replace it with the Organic Plush mattress. The first shipment was unfortunately lost in transit, but Jennifer at Silk & Snow was incredibly responsive and quickly arranged for a replacement. It arrived yesterday and is currently expanding—we're excited to try it once we return from vacation!
