All my concerns have been resolved

I can’t say enough about the fantastic and industry leading customer service Silk and Snow offers beyond the purchase of their products. We had an issue with a platform bed and 3 years later they made a commitment to their product and offered to fully replace the frame. They are very responsive, customer focused and easy to interact with. We love their mattresses (we have 4) and bed frames. They have stood up incredibly well over course of 3+ years. I will be a lifelong customer!

The sheets that came were not exactly the color I expected but the quality was superb. I emailed customer service who were very knowledgeable and supportive and after going through several options, we decided on a full refund which was processed really quick! The whole process was hassle free and I have continued to shop with them because it was so stressful free

I searched for hours for an affordable mattress that was OKEO TEX standard 100 and finally came across Silk and Snow. I couldn't be happier. The mattress is extremely comfortable. The pillows and linens are OKEO TEX certified and are comfortable and well made. I love that a person answers the phone. In today's AI world, a voice is like a gift from heaven. It came quick! American customers, I live in Florida. They have warehouses in the US. Don't be afraid to order from a Canadian company due to distance. Perhaps that's why they stand out.

Silk & Snow is truly the best. Not only has this bed frame completely transformed my room, but their customer support has helped me—not once, but twice. I recently had an incident where a friend tripped and damaged the frame, and their warranty and support team were top-notch in handling it.

This bed frame has brought so much life to my space. If you have any reservations about the product—don’t. You’ll wish you had bought it sooner. Honestly, I almost want to gatekeep this, but if you’re reading this: just buy it!

I have wanted a weighted blanket for some time. I am a retired officer and figure it would be part of my retirement routine of sleeping and taking naps with my new weighted blanket and resolve me steeling the blankets from my wife. After a few days it started to cause tension between my wife and I, She did not like the blanket on the bed, and for that matter anywhere in our room. It was just to heavy for her Hands to pull it, even though I make the bed most of the time. Well I won’t enjoy this part of retirement, I decided to return it. Silk&Snow suggested to repurpose it and refund me half the cost. WOW! Although hard to part with it, I gave it to my daughter who starts college soon, she loves it more than I did, in fact when it arrived she said she’s wanted one and used it the first night, she loves the quality. I am hopeful she and her college friends get great use from it. Perhaps one day my wife will give in and be ok with a weighted blanket on our bed. Then retirement will be sweet.

After making a purchase online, I realised that I did not receive confirmation of my order. I reached out to "Silk and Snow" by email, and then decided to try the online chat for a quicker result. It did take a little digging because I did not have an order #, but my order was found, and then I quickly received an email confirmation. Today, I heard from Jennifer as well, to confirm my order, so I was very pleased with my customer service experience. My new set of sheets has now shipped :)

I had a number of issues with multiple aspects. It has been a major stressor to say the least. However, I’m glad to say that Jessica was very helpful (and kind and understanding) in working with me to resolve these issues.

I ordered the Torino dresser from Silk and Snow and am very pleased with both the quality and delivery. The unit arrived fairly quickly and in superb shape due to the extensive protective packaging. My overall experience was excellent. Nice to know there is a Canadian furniture company producing such a fine product.

I ordered the Cortado nightstands, bed frame, dresser, and a few other bedding items. All arrived in the estimated time and in great condition aside from the dresser, which is still pending delivery. Despite this hiccup, the customer support team has been nothing short of helpful and prompt in their response to my queries and I am thoroughly impressed in that alone!

Your customer service reps were great but your policy is terrible. I spent $1,100 on a mattress that blew up after only 3 years of use. The quality of your product is terrible and I did not want to receive another. However, instead of a partial refund I was only given the option of a replacement. Now I have a mattress that I have to find something to do with as I will be looking at other companies for my main mattress.

I will not be recommending silk and snow to anyone who is looking for a bed.

When we went to buy a new mattress we were originally planning on simply replacing our existing mattress (Kingsdown pillow top) with the new model, until we say that it cost $4,000. We did some research into comparable options and were pointed towards the silk and snow hybrid with the plush top. At $1,700 including a package with pillows, duvet, mattress protector, and sheets (which we did upgrade for $299 to the percale sheet set, nicer protector and pillows etc.) AND the return policy is miles better than sleep country's — it was a no brainer!

The mattress shipped quickly, was easy to unpack, and although there was a definite smell when we first opened it, that disappeared within a few days. The mattress is super comfortable (we're both side sleepers) and the pillows, sheets and protector have been great too!

Made a call to cancel an item that was on pick but not yet shipped, Danielle took care of it right away on a Sunday and the refund was issued promptly on Monday.

I had an exceptional customer service experience with Silk and Snow - specifically Jessica and Jennifer. One of my items arrived earlier than it should have (not a problem! except I hadn’t moved in to my new place as yet and it was sitting in my lobby).
Both Jessica and Jennifer were beyond supportive and followed up with me to ensure that I received my item. They also liaised with FedEx to ensure the delivery of the other items came after I arrived to my new place.
They were kind and lovely, and I truly appreciate their support throughout this process. Thank you!

My dresser showed up damage via shipment. The customer service team helping me get a replacement was great—they showed me how to file a warranty claim, which was processed promptly and they responded to any of emails and questions quickly and with a kind tone. Impressed!

Silk and snow states that your order “should take approximately 2 to 4 business days to ship out your order and provide you with tracking ID.” I ordered five pieces of furniture on April 26, 2025 and on the fourth business day I did receive the bedframe with headboard and one nightstand, (although I ordered two nightstands). On the 13th business day, on May 14, 2025, I received the six drawer dresser and five drawer dresser. On the 17th business day, I finally received the other nightstand. The furniture came well boxed and protected. The furniture is good quality. My gripe is that their arrival policy wasn’t as stated. The emails I sent were answered but in a round about way, with no definitive answers. Some Tracking numbers given didn’t work.

Luxury materials and low cost. I love my bed and the natural beauty that now engulfs my bedroom. The Acacia wood bed frame is gorgeous!!! In addition to the bed and hybrid mattress, I purchased "flax linen pillows cases and a duvet cover--olive green--I'm so in love with my new room!!!!!!

We previously bought a Thuma bed and loved it, but decided to try this company because it looked similar and was less expensive. Big mistake. They sent the wrong headboard, denied responsibility, and then told us the correct one (or any headboard at all) was now out of stock for four months because it's all coming from China. Now we have a half-finished bed in our Airbnb and no resolution. This is what you get for choosing a cheaper knockoff. Not worth the hassle.
