Good products. Responsive sales and support team. Was given a discount on top of regular deals for a sizeable basket. Delivery was slightly delayed, but that seems to be the norm in the industry. Again, support team actioned my concerns in a timely manner and resolved all issues to my full satisfaction. Delivery team was timely and professional. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

Great experience, fats response and my issue got fixed quickly!

I ordered (2) different sized bed frames. Both were damaged upon arrival. I have reached out to Silk and Snow daily and they will not respond. Do NOT buy from them unless you enjoy throwing money in the dumpster.

Super fast and the bed was super solid. We ordered the full wood bed and the headboard. The frame came first with no instructions. This was resolved quickly as customer service emailed the manual immediately. There was some confusion till we realized the headboard would come separately the next day. Slept on it last night.Good height, very solid and no squeaks.

I made a bulk order for client gifting almost 2 months prior to my discovery of a damaged item. Once I reached out to customer service asking if it could be replaced, they were quick to respond and send out a replacement to arrive within a few short business days.

Savannah was very accommodating and offered options, which I very much appreciated. It was refreshing to actually have customer service who was willing to work with one’s request. Thank you, Savannah!

I was going to purchase a mattress today after reading a lot of glowing reviews on various sleep related sites. There is an option to take $200 off your purchase by opting out of the included extra bedding. Except, that $200 off is based on the original price, not the sale price. So $200 off really becomes $50 off.

I'll go buy the other brand I found that also had great reviews.

I purchased a set of furniture for my bedroom from the Nora range at an authorized Silk and Snow retailer (Boutique Dormez-vous in Laval, Quebec) in early April 2025. Once the order was placed, I was told that there would be a 2 months delay in receiving 2 bedside tables (My case was tranfered from the authorized retailer to Silk & Snow custumer services). In short, I received my items on June 19, 2025. As a ''Commercial Gesture'' Silk and Snow offered me a set of Egyptian cotton sheets.

Silk snd Snow found a solution to my problem that was both socially and environmentally responsible. Service and communication were both excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Purchased my mattress and bed frame in April, wasn’t notified of the bed frame back order until mid May. Original delivery date was May 3, I also had to be the one to reach out. Delivery itself wasn’t professional, 2 men had the packages on a trolley and they rolled it down a set of stairs, dangerous and could’ve damaged the product. Lastly, no compensation on the delivery inconvenience and lack of communication.

I ordered a king bed platform with headboard. The shipment arrived fast but unfortunately, one of the boxes was missing. I contacted customer support and they issued a replacement. I received the missing box and finished the assembly. We love it! Fantastic pricing on the platform and outstanding customer support.

Very easy to contact and quick responses.
