SILVAN - Nørrebro Reviews 

I ordered and paid for an item (panini grill 2000W), went to collect it from Click&Collect of Silvan on Lygten, had to wait nearly 15 minutes for someone to show up after ringing 3 times every few minutes, then I got a wrong item (smaller, cheaper panini grill), and after I realised at home it wasn't what I had ordered, I had to go back, wait again to find out the actual item is not available (there were 3 items available at the location according to the website) and I can go to Kundeservice desk to get a refund. How can an item be not in store and yet be shown online as available for Click&Collect?
I wasted an hour of my life on this. But at least the return was quick, I got money back the following day. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Very disappointing experience with SILVAN Nørrebro and customer service. I ordered 8 packs of a specific laminate flooring product, but I received a different and cheaper product instead. I contacted SILVAN several times to explain the issue and asked for either the correct product or a refund for the amount owed, but the matter has still not been properly resolved.

What made the experience worse was the lack of ownership. The centralized customer service forwarded the case to the store (after sitting on it for a week), but after several days and follow-ups I still did not receive a clear solution. Calling the store directly was also not helpful.

Mistakes can happen, but when a customer receives the wrong product, the company should act quickly and take responsibility — especially when the customer has paid for a more expensive item. I would appreciate SILVAN resolving this properly and improving communication between customer service and the store.

At the moment, I cannot recommend buying from this store, especially for larger DIY projects where receiving the correct product on time is important.

Great service, especially Jørgen super nice guy! He provided me support when I asked to pump the ball I just bought, super fast and efficient!

Jørgen gave me one of the best customer experiences not only in Silvan but across all my experiences in Denmark.

I have to build a fence for my balcony to protect my cat and he give me a lot of different perspectives that can work better, as well as a very friendly attitude.

Jørgen's advice in finding items and doing fixes to my bathroom was very good, as always. It's not the first time that he's so helpful. Thanks!

Jørgen helped me greatly with finding and shortening the screws I needed.
I've sometimes been met with impatience and condescension in this store, and I empathize with the staff. Getting bombarded with beginner questions all day can be tiring.
Not this time however, as Jørgen was eager to help and we also had a pleasant chat.
