Experience with cutting a piece of wood
I went to Silvan to buy a piece of wood and asked the staff to help us cut it. Jørgen assisted us and he was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly and with a smile. I had a great experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I've received a package in front of the building left by Silvan. It doesn't matter that it was a trash can holder, I paid for home delivery and the delivery time is after 8, not 7. You don't even deserve 1 star.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delivery of this order.
When placing the order, it was selected that the order should be delivered without a receipt. Silvan only offers delivery to street level, as stated on our website, so the delivery driver has delivered the order as requested.
Delivery companies are extra busy in December, so they drive longer hours on certain days to ensure that all shipments are delivered on time.
