Helpful, reliable and customer centric

I just moved to Birkerød, and I needed some many advices for tools, gardening, etc… They always helped me out, super friendly staff. And certainly, you will find 95% of your stuffs there. I love it

Fantastic place

I needed to get some plugs to hang a beastmaker 1000 (a hangboard for climbing training) I was not sure what to get, and Jørgen went above and beyond to help us. He was knowledgeable and kind, he explained the technicalities of different products and gave me his recommendation (after hearing my needs and asking me about my preferences). Remarkable service. This was in Silvan Nørrebro.

Our experience at Fisketorvet had some highs and lows. On the main floor, the young staff really didn’t seem to know how things were supposed to run, and that ended up wasting quite a bit of our time. It was clear they weren’t aware of what was feasible or how the shop’s process worked, which was a bit frustrating.

But once we got to the workshop to cut our plywood, it was a completely different experience. The guy who helped us there, Turgut, was super nice, incredibly competent, and really turned things around with his great customer service. So while the initial part was a bit of a hassle, Turgut really made the difference for us in the end.

When I picked up my click and collect order, one of the three items was missing so I had to make the staff aware and they had to go and find it in the store to complete my order.

I went to the store looking for a carnivorous plant and was able to get a very nice one that wasn't very expensive. The staff was very kind, explaining how to care for the plant. Thank you for the great service.
