Very tasty meals with fresh and varied…
Very tasty meals with fresh and varied ingredient's and so easy to prepare, just 3mins in the microwave and ready to eat. Delivery and packaging excellent, ensures that the meals remain fresh for many hours even when left outside in the sun when I wasn’t at home. I need to mention Zidane who has been so pleasant and helpful throughout! Thanks!

Check the dates on your food!
I ordered twice- order #1 had a meal missing and 3 meals with no use by date on them. This was blamed on a printing error and I was assured the meals would be ok. I binned them anyway and was told the missing meal would be replaced in order #2.
Order arrives, 2 missing meals- the meal ordered and the replacement from last week. I also noticed that the turmeric shots which I ordered last week to, are a month out of date- use by date, not best before. Again, this was blamed on a printing error and this was enough to get my subscription cancelled. They've said they will refund me for 2 meals and the shots but i probably won't get it due to a printing error. Very unimpressed.

Terrible and Horrible Customer Service
In my experience the worst platform to order food from. Despite their attractive offers, customer service is so poor, and takes ages to get a response. I had many issues with delivery and once a box was not delivered on time, and then a box was left unattended and it was gone.
Despite I requested for a full refund for the inconvenience and damage, they just brushed it off.
I would not recommend the service at all.
It has been nearly 24h since I heard from the customer service about the missing food delivery. Despite it is food, no attention is given to my complain.
This tells all about the service they provide

and after wards I sent quite a few emails hoping for a response. Nothing from your end

Very impressed after the first 3 weeks!
I must admit I was sceptical about Simmer, having tried and loved two other big meal boxes before (I won’t name them here, but they were both the ones where you get the ingredients and cook yourself) I wondered if the quality of food some simmer would be as good and tasty as they are pre-made and I’m so glad I tried Simmer! So far I’ve been using them for 3 weeks and have tried almost 30 different meals, I don’t think there was one meal that I haven’t really enjoyed! I have been blown away by the quality of the meals and they are so simple to heat up! I would recommend the service to anyone. Every bit as good as the other services and even better is the fact I don’t even have to cook! I’ve been genuine impressed, Simmer has exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be carrying on with my subscription! Well done Simmer team - my only worry is that as they get bigger the quality might drop in the future - I hope this isn’t the case, because right now the meals are delicious, the portions the perfect size and the ingredients used seem very high quality! The amount of food is impressive!

I love summer
I love summer , real nice food made good , I work long hours so this makes it so easy for me on the go , I have a small oven for my van and I can have my meals anywhere when I’m working. It’s just so much easier than meal deals from shops etc , my fave is the butter chicken but hey every one is different

Surprised by the quality.
We have been with Simmer eats for a few weeks, but have been pleasantly surprised about the options and just how tasty the meals are. The price on the initial plan also came out cheaper than we were spending week in week out on shopping. What's not to love, convenient, healthy, tasty food delivered weekly.
Lily (Customer Support) has been really helpful with any queries we have had, making the service really positive.

Simmer Eats improves my time, energy, fitness and budget.
Simmer Eats had really helped me with my time, energy, fitness, and budgeting. With a busy lifestyle it is hard to find the time to cook meals which meet my nutritional-health standards and goals. This service has replaced my need buy takeaways when I'm knackered which saves me money, plus Simmer is tasty and healthy! There is a good selection of meals that with a vast range of ingredients (herbs, spices, etc) which is vital for health, and I can track my protein, carb, and fat intake easily throughout the week. I feel that I waste less food and material compared to when my home-cooked leftovers sit in the fridge too long (I'm no chef). I am happy to support this business in comparison to supermarkets. I look forward to continuing to use this service for my 10-14 meals a week. However, I do hope they continue with their rewards program as every (even little) bit of generosity helps my wallet and makes me feel valued too. Thank you.

The meals are tasty
The meals are tasty, fresh and not like your usual shop bought ready meals - you can really taste the quality of the different ingredients.
Super handy to have in a busy working family when time to cook is limited during the week.
We had one small hiccup with one delivery but it was rectified quickly with the team. We can all make mistakes but it’s the manner in which these are handled and speed of it, so can’t fault them.
Brilliant experience and so convenient for busy, working parents.
