The workmen arrived on time, they got on with the job and worked hard till 6pm
They covered up carpets etc, they were all friendly and respectfull
And so I would certainly recommend

When my boiler stopped working and my house was freezing cold, I had difficulties getting a plumber to come out. I 'phoned Simon Kelman Plumbing & Heating and found them very friendly and very helpful. In the end, my usual plumber was able to come out late afternoon, but I would be very happy with Simon Kelman for my next boiler service.

I phoned Simon Kelman as I had a slight leak on my new bathroom tiled floor of 2 years old. A plumber attended didn’t know where it was coming from and asked me how he could get into the toilet. Once he removed the toilet he then went on to blame shape of the toilet, how it was fitted and left the toilet not plumbed back in and I explained we needed a spare toilet as we had someone in the house with Ulcerative Collitis. They then said to get the guy back who fitted it and then charged me £81 for the pleasure. When I contacted to express my feelings was basically told it was cheaper option for me!!!! I am pleased to say I phoned another plumber who resolved the problem free of charge for me.

Complete replumbing of heating and hot water system in an old house, superb job. Very neat, tidy and quality finish. Working around other trades wasn't a problem. Very reasonable price and extra works added reasonable cost too. Highly recommended

After other heating engineers offered poor service, inflated prices or refused to come out to where we live - Simon Kelman and their staff were a breath of fresh air. An appointment made for a just a week later. Austin and his apprentice were top notch - competent, tidy and thorough, advising on issues not noted by other service engineers who seemed to want nothing more than further/extra work from attending. Then a more than reasonable invoice charge. We are very pleased.

From the initial enquiry throughout the actual work to the concluding inspection all aspects of a complex job were carried out with professionalism and courtesy.

This company provided a top class service with technical efficiency and ability far beyond the previous installers of our hot water system and fairly new boiler. We wish we'd got them in the first instance rather than the original installers.
