Im by nature a bit of a sceptic and careful. Hence when Carlos asked me to transfer the first rent in advance all my alarms went on full tilt. However I gave it a go and proceeded. Now I live here in Malta and I am so glad I made the jump in the deep. Carlos was great, even though I arrived really late he helped me to get the keys of my new place. Fully recomendable, and im sure he will be a good person to collaborate with for propertys in Malta
