I entrusted several agencies with the rental of an apartment that I was renovating in Vittoriosa. All the agencies replied that they would wait until the renovation was finished to take photos and organize visits. However, Simon Mamo had a different approach. Even before the renovations were completed, they came to see the apartment, took photos, brought clients, and eventually found a tenant willing to pay €50 more in rent than what I was originally asking for, while the other agencies had not taken any initiative yet. Well done!
