Very good device; the application needs improvment

The device works very well.
The application (SIMPlus) can be improved (actually, longer SMS arrive "chopped" ins smaller pieces; also, sometimes, the text from a sent SMS arrive at destination dramatically changed (with Chinese characters instead of Latin characters)

The WX Triple X adapter failed on first…

The WX Triple X adapter failed on first use, the circuit board snapped in half by the sim tray after following the instructions correctly. The company say it is not covered under warranty, and even though it is not fit for the purpose, I can't sue in the European Small Claims Court as they are based in Switzerland. Waste of 50€.

I must be one of the lucky ones

I must be one of the lucky ones. I bought a adapter so I could use both Sims and an SD card.
It worked perfect for the last 9 months, absolutely no issues at all.
However after the Samsung update, I now get a message, "there's something in the sim tray that doesn't belong there." and my phone is completely unusable till I take the adapter out.
My adapter is now useless and it's Samsungs fault.
I just wish Simore had a workaround for this but it doesn't seem possible. Does it?

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Ordered an eclips last year and all was fine during purchasing and delivery was on time. Used the product for a couple of months till it stopped charging. After having to sending it back (at my own cost) they replaced it (this was September 2018).This week the same thing happened and the product wont charge making it usless. I contacted Simore letting them know the problem and their response was:

''Thanks for your message.

We inform you that the battery of your adapter is unfortunately not under warranty anymore.
Nevertheless, we propose to offer you the shipping by priority delivery on a future purchase.
To obtain this special offer, please enter the code A4823T in the "Discount Codes" area during your order into our website.''

So they are saying that the battery is only covered for a couple of months????? Disgusted!!!

FYI the iphone charger is not compatible! please also note tha I've only used the wire that came with it. Its true you replaced for me with a product that only worked for an other 6 months and if these are high quality batteries then I really don't want to see how crap the other battery options are!!!!!!

Avoid

Terribly unreliable and difficult product (e-clips gold) backed up by worse customer service (my product didn’t work and they refused to exchange it). Strongly recommend you avoid.

Ordered two times A dual Sim…

Ordered two times A dual Sim possibility for IPhone Xr.
IT was delivered in a reasonable time.
Placed the Xr with the instructions on film in my phone.
But the phone constantly gives me feed-back: not a valuable Sim card.
Both Sim cards work perfect separatly in te phone.
What to do?

No arguments orntips were geven VROM simore.
I still have this problem.

So here is why i suggest DO NO BUY ANY…

So here is why i suggest DO NO BUY ANY OF THEIR GADGET,

i bought 2 of their boxes and i mean these were their most expensive boxes because i dont go cheap.

anyways both boxes works well for a while as in a few years but after updating my iphone both boxes will not connect to the bluetooth i tried other iphone with same results i contacted SIMore they replied by saying am to restart my phone and the box which i did with the same results they even go as to tell me these boxes has been replaced with their more up to date e-clip box as if they're saying i need to buy that one...

i'm now led to believe SIMore knows about this bluetooth problem because it's a way to get us to buy their new product, the version of the bluetooth on these boxes are set to get out dated overtime. now with that said i just want to say i'll not purchase anymore of their products BECAREFUL OF THESE PEOPLE

Great product!

Great product!
But only bad things i found out are;
1. once the eclips in clicked in the case it is VERY hard to get it out for charging. I have to get it out with a knife, and very carefuly of course bacause i don't want to damage anything.

2. As a sweet solution for point 1. you should create a case like a powerbank. Make something that the case plugs in to the lightning port of the iphone and the ecpils plugs in to the case.
And have a lightning port in the case so you can charge it all at once!

3. Use of the SD card... The eclips can support a external sd card up to 32gb. But... there is nothing to find in the manual, or on the website. I have an 32gb card in the eclips, but my pc doesnt see it when i plug it in with the supported usb cable. neither does my iphone see it?

For what the main purpose it, dual sim, it all works great!

I bought a Simore e-clips in June 2018

I bought a Simore e-clips in June 2018. It stopped working in September 2018. I was asked to return it and they repaired it.

However in January 2019 it stopped working again and I emailed the company. I got the same standard email reply as I got when it went wrong in September 2018 which was basically to switch it off and re-set it. This was despite having told them that I had already followed this procedure in my first email to them.

Since then I have heard nothing despite asking them on several occasions to respond. I have also telephoned them but there is no reply.

I warned them that I would be writing a negative review here, but it still didn't generate a reply from them.

It is a shame, because when this poduct is working it is good, but it is backed up by lousy customer service.

I am now left with a useless product which doesn't seem robust enough to do the job for more than a couple of months at a time.

I do not recommend buying from this company.

Do Not Buy From SIMore. You will waste your money!

Purchased a QS Twin for my iPhone 8 Plus. Installed the unit as per the video instructions and it did not work. When through support and was asked to return the product to them so they can inspect it. They claimed that I damaged it and will not cover it under their warranty.

If following their instructions to the letter and they claim that I misused the product says a lot about their company and product.

I should have reviewed this site before making the purchase. 49% 1 star reviews is pretty terrible.

Don’t waste your money on this product

I bought the Eclips dual sim sim device and had it shipped to the USA from Switzerland with an iPhone case.

Problem 1: The Eclips blocks the 2 sim cards in the device from receiving non-human text messages (bank security codes, iSocket messages). I requested a resolution several times but never received a response.

Problem 2: Because of problem 1 it was necessary to repeatedly unload the sim cards from the Eclips to use them directly in the iPhone. The pin-release mechanism of the sim card tray in the Eclips is, however, made of soft plastic (unlike the precision aluminium pin-release mechanism of the iPhone) and requires “fishing” with the pin to find something to brace against. After several tray removals the pin release mechanism totally failed, imprisoning the sim cards. I phoned Switzerland for advice and (honestly!) was told I needed to prise the tray out with a screwdriver. This was, however, quite impossible without risking damage as the tray is flush with the body of the Eclips and there was no way to obtain any external purchase on it. It was, however, possible to open the body of the device (it has a base and a lid that are snapped together and secured by 2 microscopic screws). Then I could gain access to the back of the sim card tray to slide it out.

Problem 3: The iPhone case has an aperture for the Eclips and is designed to lightly secure the Eclips with 2 small plastic clips. However, the plastic moulding of the iPhone case was manufactured outside of tolerance so that the clips did not protrude and the case itself gripped the sides of the Eclips so tightly that it could not be removed for charging. After a couple of hours of using various approaches, the only things that worked were either putting extreme pressure on the camera of the iPhone to get it out of the case so that the EClips can be pushed from behind or levering the Eclips out with a screwdriver to overcome the grip of the iPhone case. Both of these, of course, risk causing damage.

Problem 4: Simore customer service have refused to honour their warranty for the obvious product defects. They claim that there is small print in their terms and conditions which excludes a claim where there is any physical damage whatsoever to the product – including consequential case damage that is directly attributable to the product defects.

Problem 5: I have requested several times for contact information for Simore management to address this issue but now they simply do not respond anymore. A total waste of $128!

The defective iPhone case and defective SIM card tray were not caused by “misuse”!
