Have contacted Simplehuman customer services twice recently, this last time via online chat - chat operative came online immediately - understood our issue and got us a replacement part ordered which we received it within days - impressive. Ok I was daft and broke our shampoo dispenser by knocking it off the mounting and onto a hard floor, needless to say it cracked, but what I found impressive was customer support not only responded quickly to my email but offered a gesture of goodwill buying a replacement and the way they wrote had a genuine good feel factor - well done

Great service from start to finish. My soap dispenser stopped working, so I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement under warranty. Their customer service was really responsive and helpful. They shipped the new dispenser without any problems, after receiving some additional information from me. I spoke with different staff members but the quality of the service remained high throughout. Great job!

Had a problem with my simply human pedal bin. Phoned up with customer service who were very helpful. After a couple of pictures of the fault and pics of the bin sticker number. They got back and offered a replacement bin. Couldn't fault them.

Our compost caddy holder broke at christmas. We'd owned the bin and compost holder for a few years, so we tried to buy another, but Simplehuman have replaced it free of charge immediately. Very unexpected and happy result for something that broke :-) Compost caddy is now happily hanging on the big bin again ;-)

Top class service by Phoebe at Simple human customer services. We had a slight hinge issue on our bin meaning it didn’t close properly. This was resolved in literally one email and a brand new bin arrived today, within 24 hours. Excellent service!

Simplehuman, my honest perception and experience of this Brand is nothing less than fantastic there products are innovative and of high quality definitely worth paying extra for and if you do have an issue there customer service is second to none.
I bought my wife a sensor mirror two years ago which she absolutely loves and recently we had an issue with the light around the perimeter of the mirror this item came with a five year warranty so I contacted their customer services department who were very helpful and polite they helped me through the warranty procedure and their support throughout was nothing less than exemplary
Within two days I had an email to advise they were replacing the mirror with a brand new one and the remaining three years warranty would remain on the new mirror I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Bought the mirror for my wife, which she loved. But it suddenly stopped working after about 11 months. Simplehuman customer services arranged a replacement, they were very helpful. Keep your proof of purchase.

Love my big kitchen bin. Was upset when the soft close broke. However, Renwil was understanding and helped get it replaced under warranty, and in only a couple of days I had the replacement at my house. Was really pleased with the efficiency of the process and still love my bin.

I contacted Simplehuman about my duo bin as it had broken. Simplehuman offer a 10 year guarantee, however I couldn't find my receipt, I thought all was lost but no after sending them a video and pictures of the bin they sent me a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. It arrived two days later. What fantastic customer service from a great company.

I have a dual recycling bin and the hinge broke after 4 years. I was on the verge of buying a new one when I noticed another review mentioning their 10 year warranty. So I got in touch and filled in a simple form on their chat site and by the next day they had reviewed this and sent me a new bin (which is a great bin). You get what you pay for. Excellent customer service.
