Simplehuman exceeded my expectations on trying to repair one of their 44L dual bins. I have bought a number of their bins over the years and the quality, not only of their bins but their bags has always made it a simple choice for a new bin. When I was looking for a part for the lid I was really impressed after offering them the required information that they have sent me a new bin! That is true Customer service and also a lifelong guarantee! Many thanks and I will always buy SimpleHuman bins.

I made a call about a fault part on the item I purchased an i was expecting just the part that was faulty to arrive but to my surprise a whole new bin was sent and all within a couple of days. Thank you very much for resolving my issue. I would recommend simply human to anyone as their customer service is the best.

First of all I would like to thank the customer online support for the help they gave me and the email address, after I got in touch again a quick response again and after i explain the spring on the lid had broken, as a good gesture they said they would send us a new one which again we received in 2 days, only it was not just the spring but a new bin. best after service I have come across. I'm writing here to warn potential buyers of a Sensor Mirror Trio @ 300 GBP. The sensor breaks and cannot be repaired.
It's beautiful, very useful and looks good quality. It comes with 5 years warranty.
However the sensor stopped working after 4.5 years.
As it was still under warranty, Simplehuman replaced it with a new one, with a caveat that the warranty is limited to the 5 years of the original one.
I accepted this, thinking it was a bad luck. But the new one broke after 1.5 year, same issue with the sensor.
I contacted Customer support over email and cannot complain on their responsiveness, clear messages, etc. They concluded, that my warranty expired and they can offer me 20% discount on the new mirror.
Why I'm writing?
1. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. It's expensive and it was a real treat for myself to buy it, normally I chose more reasonably priced items. But the promise of quality lured me.
2. Cost - if you do the maths: 300 GBP over 6 years (including replacement) means, you pay 50 GBP per year for the usage of this mirror. It's not a negligible cost, I'm looking for a cheaper option now.
3. My main disappointment though is the mirror cannot be repaired as it's such a waste, in the world when we're all pushed for sustainability..
Think twice before you buy one!

Have to say the product is really good and robust lasted 8 years. More importantly is the customer service ,not only did they send me a new bin but the newer one .only sent them the photos and serial number. Great service from a great product . Bit expensive but lasted 8years ,for a bin that's u use every day . None of that cheap plastic bins that won't last a year, next day delivery as well Best customer service l had in a long time. Thanks Simplehuman.

I’m on my second simple human mirror & it’s a great product, the first one I had for many years, it’s still used but I think the battery pack gave up so doesn’t light up anymore, my second one unfortunately stopped working within a year but as it was still in warranty they have sent me a replacement, very quick to respond & Laarni was very helpful. Great customer service & love the product.
