Phenomenal customer service, the bin lid had stopped automatically closing. Contacted customer service sent a video and some pictures and the rectified the issue straight away. Highly recommended

Exquisite well packaged good quality simplehuman 58L Sensor Recycler, brushed was as described and delivered speedily. I'm over the moon with the 58L sensor recycler and it’s easy to operate functions when using my voice to activate the bin lid to open and the attention to detail that I see on it exceeding all my expectations as it looks more fabulous than the pictures. I consider this 58L sensor recycler, brushed as a valuable asset to my kitchen with the added benefit of having panache and being so functional for the long term. Thank you for sending a superlative product.

I’m really happy with my experience with simplehuman. The quality of their products is excellent and I’m genuinely glad I discovered this brand.
So far, I’ve purchased a bin along with 200 bin liners, and I’m very satisfied with both. The design and durability are clearly high quality.
I was introduced to this brand through Costco, and I’m planning to gradually upgrade my home with more of their products.
Also, I noticed that prices on the official simplehuman website are actually cheaper compared to Amazon and other retailers, which was a really pleasant surprise.

Renwil Mae from customer support was very helpful and supportive and finally offered me a discount voucher. However the folding mirror is still out of stock on the simple human website with no date for restock so the voucher is ineffective at the moment. It does not allow discount from other places that are stocking the item.

Updated review. I’m very pleased to report that simple human reached out to me and have offered me a replacement for my faulty soap dispenser. Chloe in customer services was very helpful, took the time to listen to my complaint and was willing to try and resolve the issue. I’m genuinely thankful for her support and helpfulness. I do love my soap dispenser. I know it’s expensive but it does work brilliantly up until now. I’m looking forward to receiving my replacement so I can hygienically clean my hands again!!!! Thank you Chloe for taking the time to reach out to me and for resolving my issue and so quickly.
Bought a soap dispenser 3 years ago. Paid £80 for it and the dispenser is now not holding its charge. Contacted simple human and the only support offered is ‘ recommend the troubleshooting steps available on our website. If these steps do not resolve the issue, unfortunately, there are no further troubleshooting options we can advise’. Their website states ‘ A product that lasts longer is better for the earth (and your wallet). Our products are not just made to endure, they are designed to perform like new throughout their long lifespan.’. Shocking customer service offered for a costly item that doesn’t last long.

We have been using a Simplehuman trash can for years. After 8 years, the springs in the "puchbar" broke. We couldn't find any replacement springs in the Netherlands. The company where we bought it also went bankrupt. We contacted Simplehuman customer service and received a very quick response. They didn't sell replacement springs separately, but the email came back asking: how long have you had the trash can? I replied 8 years, oh, then you still have a warranty. Things moved very quickly after that, with a photo of the serial number and a short video showing the defect. On April 23rd, we received an email stating that the warranty had been granted. On April 25th, the local delivery service brought a new trash can. Now that's what I call service! Many thanks for the very quick resolution.

I had issue with a small pedal bin and I sent a photo to company and could not believe the speed of their reply I could not find my receipt I bought it direct from their website and they came back to me having found my details and within 3 days I have now just got a new bin ! Extremely great team from my first email to delivery of replacement the team delivered exceptional customer service !
