We recently changed our bath for a walk in shower, but unfortunately it meant that our tension shower caddy was now too short and we needed an extension, which was unavailable to purchase separately. After contacting customer services, they very kindly sent us the extension we needed, free of charge and next day delivery.
So impressed with the company and their customer service is exceptional.

My sensor mirror stopped working after having it for many years. Despite it not being under warranty Simplehuman, as a gesture of goodwill, sent me a new replacement. This was not expected but gladly accepted. Well done Simplehuman for sorting out a problem for a customer that you weren’t legally contracted to do. I am now your biggest fan 👍

I have bought numerous products and always considered Simplehuman to be a premium and reliable brand. Then 2 of my 3 sensor pumps failed within a week of each other (both just outside of warranty) I messaged via the chat who asked me to provide proof of purchase (bought directly from Simplehuman). I was then told there was nothing that can be done as 6 months outside of warranty. I have to question if the products have built in obsolescence. (one of the pumps was from a two pack, meaning I'll have to replace 3 products to get them to match). a customer service rep via the online chat indicated that they would review as both failed but in the end, all that was offered was a token discount on new products. The irony is that over the weekend I received a marketing email stating that the sensor pumps are built to last over 20years, yet mine failed at less then 3 years. What a misleading marketing campaign.

I had an issue registering my new product bought in Dunelm (no fault of Dunelm).
I contacted Simplehuman who replied within 24 hrs and rectified the issue and confirmed registration of the correct product.
It’s amazing how they give a 5year warranty on a floor standing shower caddy, an indication of the quality and trust they have in their products.
We opted for Simplehuman after comparing several other shower caddy’s but the quality just wasn’t there AND we bought a butterfly lidded kitchen bin that is now 23 years old and still going strong - quality!
Heartily recommend Simplehuman products.

Excellent quality products, over the years of buying simple human products, I've never had any problems.
Customer services are quick to respond, a very helpful easy system via email. The product warranty works with ease and no quibble, I assumed a part to my pedal bin wouldn't be covered given that it was 3 years old and to my surprise I got the part replaced for free. Even the delivery is overnight quick and efficient.
Can't fault this company - love it!

I had a problem with my food waste caddy lid which has come off it's hinges.I contacted the product support team and spoke with Laarni who was very kind, friendly, helpful and reassuring. Laarni sent me a replacement lid under their 5 year warranty. I've got all simplehuman products in and around my home, and I highly recommend their products and their aftercare service is exemplary!! 😀

Excellent service from Laarni. I bought the Sensor Mirror Trio Max a couple of years ago and the mirror became separated from its base rendering it unusable. I contacted Simple Human and within 24 hours Laarni got in touch to advise that they would be sending me a replacement as the item was within warranty. The process was very simple, I shared pictures of the damaged mirror and the serial number and that was it. Laarni was super efficient and helpoful.

I have an active subscription with Simplehuman for their ‘odorsorb pods’, but deliveries via FedEx are repeatedly going missing. Each time this happens, I’m left to chase the issue myself.
I attempted to call customer service but couldn’t get through, so I used the online chat and spoke with a representative named Hannah. I was told that before anything could be done, they would first investigate with FedEx and would update me later by email. This effectively turned a delivery failure into my responsibility to follow up on and delay the delivery further still.
I had expected a replacement to be dispatched promptly while the matter with FedEx was handled separately by them. Instead, after I politely expressed my disappointment with this approach, the chat simply went silent.
I initially intended to leave a three-star review, but the way this situation was handled, I revised this to a one star.

I am a long standing customer and have used their dispensers daily for years. Never had any problems with their products other than just wearing them out and replaced with a newer model. Absolutley love their liquid soap and have a regular order. Fantastic customer support if you contact them even over the weekend.

The sensor bin we purchased started to decline in function after about a year of use. We contacted Simplehuman customer service and were given troubleshooting advice to follow. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting didn’t really resolve the issue, although we continued using the bin for another year or so with variable success in its sensor driven lid opening mechanism.
Over time, the lid opening function continued to deteriorate. Eventually, the lid would barely open at all despite the motor clearly trying to work. I got in touch with customer service again, and Renwil was incredibly responsive. Within a day, I had received a message from FedEx confirming that a replacement bin had already been dispatched.
This company genuinely restored our faith in consumer protection and after-sales service. The original bin came with a 5-year warranty, so naturally we were disappointed when the product developed issues after only 1–2 years. However, their customer service has been exemplary throughout the process.
The convenience this bin brings to daily life genuinely cannot be overstated, and the way Simplehuman handled this situation has ensured we will continue buying from them in the future. In fact, even if this replacement were to fail outside the warranty period one day, we would still likely purchase the same model again. That probably says more than anything else about how we feel about the product overall.
I also noticed a considerable improvement in the responsiveness and accuracy of the voice/sensor functionality on the replacement unit compared to our original purchase, which suggests the product has continued to improve over time. Hopefully Simplehuman will keep refining and improving this category further, because when these bins work properly, they are genuinely excellent.

I had a problem with a product under warranty. I sent a message to a chatbot which linked through to customer services. Laarni Nacorda did a brilliant job and within a couple of hours and a couple of emails a replacement is in the post.
