My experience of using Simplelife Mobiliity from placing the order to receiving the item was very good. Website was easy to use and product fully met my expectations from the specifications given.

Arrived within two days. Reqired minimal assembly. Easy to use.

Top quality, all aluminium welded product. Very stable, good brakes, combines very good mobility for shopping in the street or supermarket with a comfortable seat to rest when tired. Recommended.

Happy with purchase, but cost of posting was excessive. It was a small light item, that didn't need to be signed for.

Bought a rollator with 8 inch wheels - online at a cheaper price than any of its competitors. Sturdy, smart (in the blue) and a new lease of life for someone who has struggled with getting about outside for a while! The only glitch was the wrong item arriving (due to picking error at the warehouse) but Customer Services were on to it straight away and all was resolved in just under 24 hours. Would recommend the rollator and Simple Life mobility

Timely delivered and gd packing.

The service was very quick, and product exactly as represented on website, except the seat is 18-1/4 inches rather than the 19 inches stated. Only niggle is that you don't get an email confirming your order, and there was no email advising the item had been shipped which was what had been indicated would be sent. Other than that, no problems. You can always check your account on the website for the status, although it is a bit of a nuisance.

The site is easy to navigate and delivery was fast will use them again for any other mobility items when required, First rate. The product that I purchased for my wife is just right for her needs.

My original purchase from this company was great value for money and a first class and very prompt delivery. We damaged a part from the wheel chair and needed a replacement part. This was despatched next day service, you could not get better than that. The customer contact person was also first rate. Top class company.

Z-Tec Rollator was delivered the next day as expected (we had paid the extra).
My husband has a balance problem, always falling forwards, and has found the heavier rollator provided by the NHS gives him a feeling of more security. However, the Z-Tec has proved excellent for travelling as it is much lighter, folds up easily because of the mesh seat and pliable backrest, and it is easy for me to put into the back of the car. We are therefore keeping the NHS one for indoors and the Z-Tec for when we go out in the car. It is easy to use in cafes for example as it folds up, and also when going through narrow doorways, it can be reduced in size because of the way it closes. A good buy all round.

Delivery was prompt and pricing was very competitive.

To put the chair together at the beginning was simple by following the instructs. The wheelchair is easy to construct wherever it is needed thank you

Prompt delivery within two days.

Ordered some Sandpiper slippers (pale blue with white flowers as featured on their website) and paid extra for next day delivery.
Had no order confirmation by email so had to call to chase the order.
It arrived - dark blue with purple flowers.
Couldn't swap as needed for birthday present same day.
Wouldn't use this company again.

Very pleased with the wheelchair as it is easy to move around.
It would be good if the foot rests could lock in the folded position rather than having to keep removing them.

Can't fault Simplelife Mobility. Extremely pleased with my new rollator, and delivery was very fast.

I called for advice first and spoke to a very helpful lady who answered all my questions and also explained delivery details. I called back and ordered a wheelchair over the phone and received three emails. Confirmation of my order, invoice and then when it was sent, a tracking number. My new wheelchair arrived on the day I was advised it would. All in all, it was a smooth transaction. I am pleased with the wheelchair and have left a 5 star review on their website for it.
