Great experience so far. We have subscribed to this service for my wife's mum who is 81 and lives on her own. She doesn't do technology at all and was paying another provider way to much for stuff she didn't need (broadband). We did a lot of research prior and also spoke to them. They put our minds at rest so we went ahead. Happy so far and love the idea she can bring her router to our house and still receive/make calls. The only reason I have given 4 stars is we had a slight technical issue at the beginning and was told someone would call back. 3 days later I had to call back. Other than that totallyimpressed.

We needed to add Broadband to an existing phone and wasn't sure of the best way to do this. I spoke to Tony on the Provision team who explained my options and I chose the Home2Phone. When an issue arose with delivery of the router Tony went the extra mile and arranged for another to be sent to me before the switch date.
With staff as dedicated as this I would certainly recommend Simple Telecoms for your telephone and Broadband.

I recently requested for my mother-in-law to have WiFi added to her existing Simple Telecoms phone to enable security cameras. I spoke to Tony on the Provisioning team who explained in clear simple terms the best solution for this.
He kept in contact with me at each stage of the order then when a problem arose with the delivery of the router he took a lead role in ensuring she had no loss of service.
Tony went the extra mile by chasing the delivery courier and kept me informed at each stage. Then on the 'port' date he ensured that the transfer was successful with only a short break in service.
Every company needs an employee like Tony and for this reason I would strongly recommend Simple Telecoms for your phone line and broadband.

Line connected on wrong date which meant my mom was without a landline for a few days, until a family member could sort it out for her PLUS line rental charges higher than they should be. Communication seems to be a problem 😞

What a great company. My mother wanted a landline phone when she moved into a care home as she couldn’t manage a mobile. Thought u would have to sign up for a BT line with all that involves. Found Simple telecoms online and it was all so easy. Ordered and delivered router which was easy to set up. Assigned local number and no lengthy contract just pay monthly.Phone worked great with no issues. Communicating with the company was straightforward and they were very responsive. When she could no longer use the phone due to ill health it was easy to cancel. Why isn’t every company like this! Highly recommended !

I have been with Simply Telecom for a number of years. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and the service is good. I had a few problems with switching to the router based system. It was eventually sorted. Might I suggest that all routers should only be sent out with a sim card ready installed. It is rather difficult to correctly remove and insert the sims on these units especially for some elderly people with arthitic finger joints.

We used the Home2Phone service for my mum who is in a care home as BT couldn't provide a line. The service was very easy and quick. Unfortunately the first router suddenly stopped working after a few days but Simple Telecoms sent out a new one very quickly and everything seems to be fine now. The engineer Tony was extremely helpful both via phone and email. Thank you!

The faulty router was very quickly replaced or would have been delivered if had been received from the carrier and delivered to my address not in a different road! It was delivered to me eventfully and connected up by my son for me. Telekinesis now works well. Thank you.

Very patient, helpful company, good communication and superb value for money, Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. There were a few hiccups, but not of their making, unfortunately City Fibre who are the company in my area that installed fibre connection are not so helpful or communicative and they made a mess of the project along my road, however Simple Telecoms sorted through the resulting problems with ease and politeness.
