Ordered a new laptop for a client. Checked by phone to ensure that the model was correct as advertised - very polite and helpful service. Ordered online to use Paypal and was given 5 day delivery - arrived in 2!! Very happy with the product and price.

First off let me just say the main reason I used this site - the price, which was £30 less than I could find elsewhere. Was a little sceptical of the fact it seemed like a budget warehouse but looked at reviews and ordered anyway based on good feedback. Ordered Sunday, got a call from a very professional and helpful woman on the Monday saying I had given an address for a company and not my house. Changed instantly and order put back through. Unbelievably received my order at 1pm Tuesday. Fantastic service, I never leave feedback normally but this company deserve recognition, it is the small things that count and the emails daily telling me everything about my order but stopping instantly and not becoming spam just says to me that they care. Well done, will use again if I ever need to.

Searched all around to find the best deals on this computer and this was the best price and I felt happy to proceed because of all the positive reviews. Was really pleased with the prompt arrival. The delivery company wasn't able to deliver the first day despite texting times but they responded promply to my email query and delivered it the next day. And I'm really happy with it!

I received helpful advice from Simply Acer Sales. I requested two day delivery and that's what I got. Delivery man was friendly, laptop was well packaged. Additional software was taped to the outside. Setup instructions were simple and the end result was impressive.
