I can't talk to the laptops - only had them a short while but out of the box they look great. SImply Acer were the only people to have stock of what I wanted (touch screen Windows 8 laptop) and also had a selection of machines that fit my criteria. Ordering was simple and delivery very prompt with good communication on the delivery itself.

My laptop purchase was the best on offer and as the past reviews were good, I ordered with free delivery (estimated 5 days).
I ordered on Saturday, had it confirmed Sunday, dispatched Monday and received Tuesday. What was more impressive was the courier service as I was text on the Tuesday to say the arrival time (within an hour) and even had the couriers christian name.
I hope other companies read this and take note!

Overall i was very impressed with the service i received delivery was excellent and in good time.
The only small gripe i [had] was that i ordered a Belkin retractable mouse to go with the laptop and this was missing in the parcel? however a phone call to the company resolved this i had an apology and received it 2 days later.
I also had Web-root anti-virus free with my order [i understood it to be totally free] i am now being e-mailed by web-root telling me it is only a trial? please advise.
Overall i am very pleased with the quality and build of the machine and would recommend to anyone.

Looking for a specific laptop (or ultrabook in my case) proved to be fruitless. I was looking for something which packed a punch and was affordable, a seemingly impossible combination.

i had searched far and wide, new and sealed to second hand ones, and the prices were far from affordable. I had stumbled onto this web site based on a YouTube video (and its comments) Reading the comments I sat their in disbelief taking note of a powerful ultrabook in a very affordable price range!
I automatically assumed for the worse, it was either an expired offer or it would be a third website of sorts.

Anxiously I followed the link which led me to this website. And there it was, slapping me, obviously, in the face. My vision only registered the price for the first 10 seconds, I then proceeded to look at the specs and was trembling with excitement. Here it was, something I had searched for far and wide. A metaphorical unicorn.

Naturally, I was still in the "too good to believe it's true" mind set. I went on to read reviews of the website, all of which were extremely positive. This sealed the deal for me, essentially.

I ordered my utrabook for the 2-3 working day postage, which was at a reasonable price.
And that's that........i thought.
I thought I could not be more pleased with the order and price but apparently I was wrong. Bearing in mind i had ordered for 2-3 days it actually came for next day delivery which had ever happened to me before and just shows how above and beyond simply accer service is.
Of course, the product arrived in excellent condition, and is working brilliantly.

Low prices, Extremely high grade products. Fast delivery.

Ordered the laptop on Friday. Kept up to speed by e-mails. Informed that the delivery would be on the Monday.We were given the times between which the item would be delivered and it arrived on time. No waiting around all day for a delivery .

Really easy website to use, excellent communication, had a text the day of delivery to advise between 10-11am turned up at 10.20am, everything was spot on, so far laptop is spot on and is powerful for games my son wants to play ......5***** Simply Acer.com

The specific Acer Aspire 5750 I purchased from Simply Acer was cheaper than I could find elsewhere. Order process was quick and easy and a notification of one hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery which was at a sensible time. Overall it was perfect and I have absolutely no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

The price of a new Acer Aspire 5750 of the same spec was better than I could find elsewhere. Ordered on Tuesday evening, I received email notification of despatch on Wednesday and a notification of one hour delivery slot on Thursday. Job well done.

Purchased an Aspire 5755G laptop, ordered it late on the Tuesday evening and it arrived on the Friday morning. The price was excellent for the spec, main reason for using Simply Acer, they were the cheapest for the spec anywhere. Ordering was very simple and secure. Was honestly surprised by the updates on delivery, they sent an email to say it was being dispatched then I recieved another email and a text message on the Friday morning to say it was being delivered between 10 & 11 and if this was not convenient to let them know. True to word it arrived at 10.20! Excellent service and highly recommended.

I recently purchased an Acer Aspire X3390 Cesk top PC with the guaranteed next day delivery. About three hours later I thought it may be a good idea to include the pre-delivery check, fully expecting this would delay delivery. Absolutely not, true to their word the checks were carried out and the machine arrived the next morning, in 'Ready to go' order.
I am positively delighted with it and have to say I have been unable to find ANY supplier anywhere in the UK who can match these prices.

The delivery was very acceptable being I ordered in the morning and it arrived the next day for no charge.
The loss of a star was mainly due to not very helpful assistance when ordering the computer.
Now the computer is here and I'm running it up, the optical disc drive has started to make a noise so it's having to go back to Acer. That's life!

Ordered the laptop (5755G) late Wednesday night and received it at 8 AM on Friday morning, not bad for free delivery. The laptop is excellent and would have no qualms buying from this site again.

I had bought an Acer before and was very happy with it so when I needed another one I carried out some homework on the net and came up with Simply Acer. I paid Saturday delivery charge and they were true to thier word, it came on time and they txt my phone to tell me a time of arrival within one hour... Brill. I unpacked it and on powering it up found a dead or stuck pixel. Not what you would expect from Acer or Simply Acer. Also out of a 500gb drive there was only 411gb space left. I phoned the returnes dept and they told me that I could send it back for testing but if no foult was found I would have to pay for the testing and postage and the dead or stuck pixel wasnt counted as a fault. Well for fear of being charged and still getting a laptop back with a duff pixel I didnt send it back. Firstly they should make it very clear that almost 1/5th of the hard drive you are getting would be taken up by programmes and backup and also make very very clear that your screen could have one or more faults on it. I know now that if you pay £39 they will check it for the pixels and install anything else you have bought but surley they should check things like the screen is working 100% before sending out. Not very happy after spending £600 on a dead or stuck pixel....

Wow, ordered it on Wednesday, got the laptop on Friday, without any issue. Laptop is great, and I can't fault their service.

Very pleased with the Product (5755G), it performs as I had hoped and I am enjoying using it. The price was a lot cheaper than anywhere else and that is why I went with the company. I can now reccomend them to anyone as not only were they cheaper they also provided a better service than any other online retailer I have used previously. They communicated with me every step of the way and if i was unsure on anything contacting them via phone was very easy and they were quick to solve any queries.

This was the easiest purchase I have made on-line. I was kept informed as to delivery, to the hour actually, the laptop was well packed and did not give me any problems at all. I love the ease of use of this machine - wish I'd gone for it sooner! Thank you SimplyAcer!

Very pleased with laptop - speedy delivery - kept informed of order/delivery every step of the way. Cheapest on the web. Have quickly checked product and all seems good but have bought this as an xmas gift so hopefully if we do encounter any problems after Xmas the after service wil be as good.

The laptop I ordered for my daughter arrived on time and in good condition. In fact, the free delivery which I was expecting to arrive within five working days arrived within two. I was kept well informed by email and text of the progress of the order, and was also given an hour's notice of the delivery time which meant I could plan my day without being tied to the house for hours on end.
